Raul is considered a market leader in the data center sector. He leads Colliers Americas data center advisory practice and is based in San Francisco. Prior to his time at Colliers he was the Northern California Data Center practice lead for JLL and a Co-Chair for the Data Center Practice Group. Before that he was a Senior Asset Manager for Digital Realty, a leading publicly traded international data center firm, where he ran a portfolio over 30+ properties and had profit and loss responsiblity.
Raul is a data center transactional specialist but also focuses time on capital markets in the sector. He has extensive site selection, JV, acquistion, dispositon and financing experience.
He has completed over 300MW of transactions.

A licensed California Real Estate Broker, Mr. Berry has over 20 years experience in the San Francisco Bay Area market. Providing commercial real estate advisory services in private investor and investment analysis, technology and data center markets, industrial/R&D and office, value add, distressed and higher/better use properties.
As a leader for the Colliers Data Center Solutions, Mr. Berry and his team of professionals develop custom strategies that address specific industry challenges and meet business objectives.
A Bay Area local, Mr. Berry grew up in Palo Alto where he still maintains local ties. As a resident in the geographical area that he works in, he has maintained extensive ties to local government, bay area businesses and property owners.
