Professional Summary

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I joined the property management division of Colliers International | Chicago.  Currently, I serve as the property manager of the Amhurst Lake Business Park in Waukegan, Illinois. The portfolio consists of 12 properties with more than 25 tenants. Some of the key goals I've achieved include tenant retention, securing new tenants and completion of lighting retrofits. The 1.2-million-square-foot portfolio is currently 96.3 percent occupied. In addition, retrofitting interior and exterior lighting systems with Smart Idea grant dollars has reduced electrical costs portfolio wide by 40-50 percent.

I also serve on the Board of Directors and manage the Amhurst Lake Business Park Owners Association, a 432-acre industrial/office business park with 40 owners. I diligently work with city officials regarding repairs and improvements to infrastructures of the business park. I was the project manager who oversaw the naturalization of three Amhurst detention ponds in a five-year period and helped secure grant funding from the Illinois EPA, which financed 50 percent of the total project cost.

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for AMLI Commercial Properties and PDC Properties on the Prudential and Panattoni portfolios in the Chicago suburban market. I also contributed to the establishment of property management offices in new markets for Panattoni, which included Canada, New York and St. Louis. This role provided ongoing supervision of new property managers and oversaw third party property managers.
