Deming Fish is a senior office leasing professional focused on representing Institutional Investors, Developers and regional and local owners in the marketing and leasing of existing and to be developed Class A and Class B office properties. His speciality is repositioning office assets to generate significant leasing and creating value for his clients.
Deming started the Landlord Services Group at Colliers Atlanta in 2011 and grew the practice to one of the largest in Atlanta. He both directed the team and continued to market and lease space over those 8 years for some of the most active owners and developers in Atlanta.
Deming has a history of helping his clients lease their office properties and then position their assets for sale at significant values increases. He takes an expanded approach to leasing, working hard to identify and understand the attributes of each property and then best position that asset in the marketplace to achieve superior returns. In addition, his team has developed a systematized approach to exposing the assets to a wide audience on a recurring basis, to generate significant increases in activity at the property.
Assets such as 100 Peachtree, The Terraces, Newmarket Business Center, Royal Center, RiverEdge Summit, The Pinnacle at Symphony Place and 55 Allen Plaza are just a few examples of his teams’ marketing and leasing successes.
Prior to joining Colliers, Deming was a Senior Managing Director at Barry Real Estate Companies where he was responsible for the leasing and management of all Barry Companies properties as well as an approximate 3 million RSF, 3rd party leasing
and management portfolio in Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham.
Jessica is the Co-Market Leader and Senior Vice President of the Landlord Services Group with a dedicated focus on increasing asset value to office properties she represents. She is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s office agency leasing professionals who represent investors of office properties in the Metro Atlanta, and is charged with continuing to grow the agency side of the business while working with the team on property strategy and lease up of existing agency assignments.
For the past six years Jessica has worked directly on the institutional ownership side of the business and as such, understands the significant impact her leasing efforts have on the valuation of a property. Her institutional background and creative nature are what set her apart.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jessica was the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate where she oversaw the leasing of a 4.5 million square foot portfolio located within the southeast. Notable assets include The Proscenium and 1100 Peachtree located within Midtown, Phipps Tower located in Buckhead and Ashford Green located in Central Perimeter. Prior to joining John Hancock, Jessica spent six years in Landlord Representation working with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively representing local, regional, and institutional owners.
