Phil Ehrlich is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International I Nashville, where he leads the retail property management group for the firm.  He has 33 years of experience in property management in a wide range of roles, with 25 years of that experience exclusively in the retail sector.  Phil came to Colliers in the summer of 2015, when the retail brokerage and property management firm that he co-founded – Vision Real Estate – merged with Colliers Nashville.  His base of clients has ranged over his career through six states in the Southeast.  Phil and his team manage a portfolio that includes ownership by national institutional investors, regional investors and developers, and local owners.   Phil’s management team works in partnership with the retail leasing group at Colliers, which is the largest retail leasing team in the Nashville region. 

After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Business Administration, Phil joined the US Air Force.  He was stationed at Mississippi’s Columbus Air Force Base from 1983 to 1987.  Phil launched his corporate career as Coordinator of Facilities Management for the State Board of Regents, then moved into a position with Deloitte.  In 1992, Phil was promoted to Director of Asset Management and Development with Weston Companies.  He then served as Executive Vice President of Mission Properties until co-founding Vision Real Estate in 2001.
