Professional Summary
Paul Krimm is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years in the industry, possessing extensive knowledge in brokerage, corporate real estate, management and operations. His experience is complemented by a passion to directly impact the development and training of his team.
As the Managing Director for the Columbus operation of Colliers International, Paul is responsible for driving recruitment, new business development, implementing strategic plans, spearheading operational success and efficiencies, and developing, as well as implementing, training and best practices across all service lines.
Prior to joining Colliers, Paul spent 19 years at Cushman & Wakefield in a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as the Managing Principal.
Paul also serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business. He is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
