Based in Colliers International's Southfield Office, Paul Choukourian serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Southeast Michigan Region with locations in Ann Arbor, Birmingham and Southfield.
Responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales and leasing, education and training, recruitment and the regional philanthropic endeavors.
Additionally, within Colliers, Paul serves on the United States Managers Steering Committee.
Paul began his career with a small office development firm which allowed him to work in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including land assemblage, property acquisition and disposition, construction, property management, leasing and investment sales. Paul then chose to focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales in the office and industrial segments with large public and private organizations for Liberty Property Trust in Michigan and Tampa, Florida and for KIRCO in Metro-Detroit prior to joining Colliers International.
Accomplishments
Recruited over 50 top producing professionals to the region since 2011.
Increased revenue to region by over 460% since 2011 (51.1%) annually.
Added new service lines to the region including project management, appraisal and tax appeal.
Rounded out the service coverage by recruiting established retail and investment advisors.
As a producer, Paul has completed over 750 transactions totalling over 17,000,000 sq. ft.
Named to Crain's Detroit Business "40 Under 40" Class of 2012.
