Professional Summary
Patrick joined Colliers in 2015 and serves as a Vice President in the Boston Office. He is responsible for advising clients on creative financing solutions through Colliers’ relationships with commercial banks, life company correspondents, debt funds, agency lenders, CMBS lenders, and equity sources. During his tenure with Colliers, he has played a key role in the origination, underwriting, and closing of more than $3 billion in transactions for multifamily, industrial, life science, office, retail, and other investment properties.
Prior to his current role, Patrick was an analyst for the Capital Markets team preparing investment documents, performing financial analysis, and providing due diligence support.
Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Communication from Wake Forest University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and active member of the Real Estate Finance Association and Urban Land Institute. He is a seven-year participant in the Pan Mass Challenge and member of the Young Professionals Council of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester.
