Patrich Jett, SIOR, MCR, LEED AP with Colliers International is the market leader for high-profile real estate transactions including new construction projects, both locally in Greater Detroit / Ann Arbor and also abroad for global clients including the automotive sector.
Patrich works with a team of real estate professionals consisting of Randy Book, Todd Griffin, and Audrey Correa; along with the Colliers platform of over 16,000 professionals, in over 500 office, in over 60 countries. Together they represent corporate clients to implement their real estate objectives with a focus on corporate tenant representation.

Patrich has a background and education in finance, previously working as an executive banker and as a corporate tenant adviser at Grubb & Ellis prior to joining Colliers International. This experience has provided him a distinctive edge in understanding his client’s real estate needs.
Patrich has represented millions of square feet in multi-market corporate and institutional investment real estate transactions that have resulted in thousands of local high-tech and manufacturing jobs and millions in capital investment. His strict attention to detail translates into significant savings of time and money, mitigation of risk, and increased flexibility for our clients. He enjoys working on challenging projects that require creative thinking and problem solving to achieve a successful outcome.
In 2011, Patrich established the Automotive Solutions Group within Colliers International after completing a number of substantial transactions related to the automotive industry. He has become the “go to” subject matter expert at Colliers International for global automotive real estate as demonstrated on his team’s client roster.
Patrich then served as President of the Michigan Chapter of CoreNet Global in 2014. He used his strong local relationships to build an accomplished Board and to protect and grow the Chapter’s finances while increasing membership on the heels of the economic downturn. He was awarded national/global recognition in 2015 on CoreNet Global’s “36 Under 36: Up-and-Coming Young Leaders”.
Patrich lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his two sons: Mason (15) and Connor (14), and two dogs: Nala and Winston. He enjoys long distance running, traveling, and fine wine. Patrich also donates his time to various charities and organizations, such as Ann Arbor Community Foundation, 100 Businesses That Care, and Ele's Place.

My Team
Todd Griffin is a Project Manager in the Detroit office of Colliers International. He specializes in managing industrial, R&D, logistics, and corporate headquarters projects. Todd also provides advisory services to corporate real estate leaders in completing feasibility and due diligence studies leading to project fundng and operational approval.
He has extensive experience with site selection, land use planning, construction management, IT, AV, security and owner's equipment installatons .
Prior to joining Colliers, Todd was an executive with leading development and property management firms for more than 25 years.
Before working in real estate, Todd was an Environmental Consultant, preparing impact statements for military, municipal and industrial projects throughout the United States.
Based in Colliers International's Southfield Office, Paul Choukourian serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Southeast Michigan Region with locations in Ann Arbor, Birmingham and Southfield.
Responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales and leasing, education and training, recruitment and the regional philanthropic endeavors.
Additionally, within Colliers, Paul serves on the United States Managers Steering Committee.
Paul began his career with a small office development firm which allowed him to work in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including land assemblage, property acquisition and disposition, construction, property management, leasing and investment sales. Paul then chose to focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales in the office and industrial segments with large public and private organizations for Liberty Property Trust in Michigan and Tampa, Florida and for KIRCO in Metro-Detroit prior to joining Colliers International.

Michelle joined Colliers in 2014 and serves as a leader within the Corporate Solutions team, specializing in Enterprise Solutions. As the Head of the Enterprise Client Solutions function, Michelle is accomplished in the delivery of complex solutions both in solution design, as well as transaction execution and account management.
As part of the Solutioning process, Michelle is an active Transition Leader, onboarding key account relationships, with a subject matter expertise in the global Transaction Management service delivery. Michelle has led multi-disciplinary global account transitions for Cummins, the International Monetary Fund, BAE Systems, Alcon, Driscoll’s, and others.
Michelle brings her passion for creating inclusive cultures to all aspects of her role and has been active in the Colliers’ Diversity and Inclusion Program since its inception. Michelle has been serving as an Executive Champion for the North American program since 2017.
Audrey Correa is a Senior Client Services Specialist that specializes in client services for the Book-Jett Team. Based in Metro Detroit she creates customized marketing plans based upon the client's specifics goals. Responsible for listings, tenant rep and lease administration Audrey helps the clients achieve their goals in any way possible.
Focusing on business development Audrey has been working on streamlining processes and creating new standards for marketing content for our clients. In an effort to always showcase the best side of all listings and to find the best properties for clients.
Audrey is new to the commercial real estate world but is eager to learn and has an appetite for growth.
Audrey now lives in West Bloomfield with her husband, two cats and a dog. She enjoys cooking, running and sailing on Lake St. Clair in her free time. She also donates her time to charitable organizations.
