Patrich Jett, SIOR, MCR, LEED AP, IAMC Fellow with Colliers International is the market leader for high-profile real estate transactions and development projects in Greater Detroit / Ann Arbor > and for global clients executing multi-state projects and projects abroad. As Chair of Colliers Global Automotive Desk, many of these clients are in the automotive sector including Tier I and Tier II part suppliers.
In 2011, Patrich established the Automotive Solutions Group within Colliers International after completing a number of substantial transactions related to the automotive industry. He has become the “go to” subject matter expert at Colliers International for global automotive real estate as demonstrated by his team’s client roster.
Patrich works with a team of real estate professionals consisting of Randy Book, Audrey Correa, Brittany Cappoferri, and Scott Latham; along with the Colliers Logistics and Transportation (L&T) Solutions Group and platform of over 16,000+ professionals, in 550+ offices, in 65+ countries. Together they represent corporate clients to implement their global real estate objectives with a focus on multi-market tenant representation and corporate transaction management.

Patrich lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife Kristyne, sons Mason (16) and Connor (15), 4 dogs and 4 cats… In his spare time, he enjoys trail running, listening to vinyl, a nice glass of wine, and spending time UpNorth. Randy Book, EVP with Colliers International is the market leader for high-profile real estate transactions and development projects in Greater Detroit > and for global clients executing multi-state projects and projects abroad.
Randy has been in the commercial real estate sector for over 30 Years! And he has continued the Book-Cadillac Family’s legacy of excellence and its long heritage of real estate development in Detroit. Throughout his career Randy focused on creating long-term relationships with clients. Randy’s drive to help his clients has proven successful for him as he manages diverse transactions on behalf of clients, ranging from complicated lease renewals to site selection and negotiations for build-to-suit projects. Randy’s focus over the last several years has been to bring new businesses to the state of Michigan and he has traveled to Europe, Korea, Dubai, Indonesia, and China to procure and develop these relationships.

Todd Griffin is a Project Manager in the Detroit office of Colliers International. He specializes in managing industrial, R&D, logistics, and corporate headquarters projects. Todd also provides advisory services to corporate real estate leaders in completing feasibility and due diligence studies leading to project fundng and operational approval.
He has extensive experience with site selection, land use planning, construction management, IT, AV, security and owner's equipment installatons .
Prior to joining Colliers, Todd was an executive with leading development and property management firms for more than 25 years.
Before working in real estate, Todd was an Environmental Consultant, preparing impact statements for military, municipal and industrial projects throughout the United States.
Based in Colliers International's Southfield Office, Paul Choukourian serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Southeast Michigan Region with locations in Ann Arbor, Birmingham and Southfield.
Responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales and leasing, education and training, recruitment and the regional philanthropic endeavors.
Additionally, within Colliers, Paul serves on the United States Managers Steering Committee.
Paul began his career with a small office development firm which allowed him to work in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including land assemblage, property acquisition and disposition, construction, property management, leasing and investment sales. Paul then chose to focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales in the office and industrial segments with large public and private organizations for Liberty Property Trust in Michigan and Tampa, Florida and for KIRCO in Metro-Detroit prior to joining Colliers International.
Michelle Needles
Head of Enterprise Client Solutions | Executive Vice President, Occupier Services | Americas

Michelle joined Colliers in 2014 and serves as a leader within the Corporate Solutions team, specializing in Enterprise Solutions. As the Head of the Enterprise Client Solutions function, Michelle is accomplished in the delivery of complex solutions both in solution design, as well as transaction execution and account management.
As part of the Solutioning process, Michelle is an active Transition Leader, onboarding key account relationships, with a subject matter expertise in the global Transaction Management service delivery. Michelle has led multi-disciplinary global account transitions for Cummins, the International Monetary Fund, BAE Systems, Alcon, Driscoll’s, and others.
Michelle brings her passion for creating inclusive cultures to all aspects of her role and has been active in the Colliers’ Diversity and Inclusion Program since its inception. Michelle has been serving as an Executive Champion for the North American program since 2017.
Audrey Correa is a Senior Client Services Specialist that specializes in client services for the Book-Jett Team. Based in Metro Detroit she creates customized marketing plans based upon the client's specifics goals. Responsible for listings, tenant rep and lease administration Audrey helps the clients achieve their goals in any way possible.
Focusing on business development Audrey has been working on streamlining processes and creating new standards for marketing content for our clients. In an effort to always showcase the best side of all listings and to find the best properties for clients.
Audrey is new to the commercial real estate world but is eager to learn and has an appetite for growth.
Audrey now lives in West Bloomfield with her husband, two cats and a dog. She enjoys cooking, running and sailing on Lake St. Clair in her free time. She also donates her time to charitable organizations.
As National Director, Industrial Services for the U.S., Stephanie focuses on overall growth of Colliers’ industrial business, including the establishment of new client relationships and expansion of existing affiliations. She promotes talent recruitment and retention to support Colliers’ best-in-class Industrial Services team as they accelerate client success.
Drawing on her 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects.
Before joining Colliers, Stephanie spent nearly 15 years at Duke Realty Corporation where she rose to the level of Regional Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing for a multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida in addition to leading property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Prior to her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.
I am a principal of Colliers International specializing in site acquisition, leasing, sales and build-to-suits for industrial users and developers. As the national director of the Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group Steering Committee (L&T), we deliver focused solutions to the increased challenges of today’s global shipping and transportation community.
In the last five years, I have completed transactions totaling in excess of $300 million for clients like Best Buy, Bridgestone, Lawson Products, and Arvato Digital Services.

Matt specializes in the representation of industrial tenants and landlords in the Seattle area and is a market leader in the dispositions and acquisitions of both owner/user and investment sales. Matt has developed long-term relationships with many clients due to his extensive knowledge of the market and his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his clients. Having been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling more than 61 million square feet throughout his career, including leasing up to 100% occupancy of large industrial portfolios for Landlords including: Prologis, Dalfen Industrial, Principal Global Investors, American Realty Advisors, Bertch Capital, and Clarion Partners. Matt approaches his work enthusiastically every day and holds himself to the highest level of accountability to his clients. He has unparalleled experience in industrial commercial real estate, including ware-housing, corporate headquarters, manufacturing plants, distribution and logistics facilities.
Scott Nelson is CEO, Occupier Services | Global at Colliers International and is responsible for strategy and leadership of the global Occupier Services business unit. Occupier Services makes up the platform of talent and tools that supports our clients directly and in partnership with our transaction advisory professionals that lead many of these relationships. Occupier client engagements include tenant representation transaction advisory and project management assignments, multi-market accounts, to comprehensive corporate real estate outsourcing. Occupier Services includes service lines such as Enterprise Clients/Account Management, Client Experience, Strategic Consulting, Technology Services (including our Colliers360 platform), Lease Administration, Transaction Management and Project Management. Warwick Johnston is Head of Solutions Development, Corporate Solutions | Americas at Colliers International and is responsible for leadership of all aspects of Corporate Solutions business development and marketing. Corporate Solutions houses the service lines that are typically offered to multi-market and/or multi-service Occupier Clients. These service lines include Strategy and Innovation (consulting and technology services and lease administration), Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management. As part of leading Solutions Development, Warwick also works actively with some clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized solution to meet their objectives and hand over to the deployment team for the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis.
