Paige joined Colliers Idaho in 2017. In 2021 Paige transitioned in the Brokerage Services Department as a Brokerage Assistant. In this position Paige provides primary support to the brokers, including support for sales and leases of all property types and making sure all transactions process smoothly. Paige maintains a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. Paige brings an optimistic attitude to work every day and loves to be involved in the Treasure Valley business community.

Shanna joined the Boise Investment Services Team as Transaction Coordinator in 2013 and was promoted to Brokerage Services Director in 2018, with her main focus remaining on sale transaction management.
She has over 20 years of real estate and commercial sales transaction management experience.
Clay Anderson joined the Investment Services Team at Colliers International in 2006. Over the past several years, he and his team have transacted over $2.0 billion in commercial real estate, incorporating shopping centers, office buildings, mobile-home parks, and net-leased investments and apartments.
Since 2005 Lincoln has been a leader in the Idaho commercial real estate industry. Much of Lincoln’s focus has been on the Canyon County, Idaho market, but he completes transactions across the Northwest every year. Lincoln typically is involved in the completion of 175 transactions per year, consistently producing one of the highest transaction volumes in the industry. This level of production speaks to Lincoln’s ability to produce information quickly for clients, solve complex issues efficiently, and deliver results for clients.
Lincoln has a proven track record of helping a broad range of local, regional, and national clients with negotiating complex transactions. Lincoln’s broad experience has included hundreds of transactions in every product type including investments, land, office, industrial, multifamily, and retail totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value.
Lincoln’s wealth of commercial real estate knowledge combined with his educational background has made him an expert in the field. This knowledge and experience have led multiple investors, contractors, lenders, property owners, tenants, and appraisers to turn to Lincoln first as a trusted resource in the commercial real estate industry. Lincoln has lived in Idaho his entire life which has provided him with many valued relationships across the state.
Mike is a USMC veteran with over 25 years of professional sales experience and has been involved in over $450 million in sales transactions in seven different countries throughout his career. He has lived in Idaho for over 20 years with his wife and three children. Mike enjoys cross fit, rucking and fly fishing.
Mike joined the Colliers team in 2008 and specializes in retail, investment, industrial, multifamily and land transactions. Mike has a broad knowledge base in commercial real estate including site selection, valuation, entitlement process, Industrial, Investments, and Retail (over 150,000 square feet of listings).
Bryant Jones works in brokerage services for Colliers in the Canyon County branch. He has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 2003, and has lived in Idaho his entire life. Bryant works across all product types in the Treasure Valley including Investments, Retail, Industrial, Office, Land, and Multi-family. He averages over 120 transactions every year.
Lew joined the Colliers team in Boise in 2005, and specializes in investment properties. Lew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), belongs to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of Leadership Boise. Since joining Colliers, Lew has consistently been among the top performing brokers in Idaho and received recogniition as a Top 10% producer within Colliers.
Lew Goldman is a Partner and Senior Investment Specialist who began his career at Colliers in 2005. Lew specializes in all forms of investment sales and works across the country, he has closed deals in 27 states. Lew works with a wide range of clients including 1031 exchange buyers, boutique investment groups, developers, private equity and REITs. He has done in excess of $150,000,000 in transaction volume over the last three years alone. Lew is consistently one of the top producers within his Colliers office, and in 2016 and 2019 was recognized as a Colliers Everest Club member which recognizes the top 10% brokers nationwide.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate Lew was a literary agent at one of Hollywood’s largest talent agencies where he helped manage the careers of screenwriters and directors. Through college Lew worked in a fly fishing shop, fishing remains one of his true passions.
Spencer Hansen specializes in the purchase and sale of multifamily and investment properties in the Treasure Valley and throughout the Intermountain West. During his time at Colliers, Spencer has transacted on almost $400 million of multifamily deals, consisting of large institutional level assets, and smaller privately-owned assets.
Matt brings two years of experience in outreach and prospecting to Colliers investment services. He is experienced in effectively cold calling and creating new qualified opportunities. Prior to working for Colliers, Matt worked for Collibra as a Senior Business Development Representative. There, he exceeded his quota and brought in $3.5+ m in new opportunities through prospecting and targeted cold outreach.
Kyle specializes in the sale and lease of office properties for Colliers. He represents both tenants and property owners and strives to help both groups meet their financial and business goals. Kyle also works with Landlords and buyers of self-storage facilities in the Treasure Valley and statewide.
Kyle’s strong work ethic and marketing aptitude are assets that help his clients whether they be property owners, purchasers, or tenants. Along with these established skills, he works closely with the rest of the office team at Colliers to provide his clients with decades of experience.
