As Program/Project Manager for Colliers, Olivia is responsible for representing my clients and their businesses in terms of their built environments. By guiding my clients through best practices and processes; I help turn their workspace, brand, and operational visions into physical reality. I believe that there is an achievable goal behind each one of my client’s business visions, missions, work-model, and workspace(s). She thrives off creative and innovative energy and she is committed to bringing that to each one of her projects. From beginning to end, Olivia is heavily involved in Programming, Design, Construction, and even Relocation (if needed) efforts to ensure that projects have the right partners, collaborative teams, strong communications, and available resources to achieve project success.
Olivia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, and has more than 8 years of thriving experience in Interior Design Development, and Interior Construction Project Management. Utilizing her technology proficiency with AutoCAD, MS-Project, Bluebeam, REVIT Architecture, InDesign, ProCore, PlanGrid, SketchUp, OnBase, Lawson, her primary focus is Interior Programming/Design and Construction/Development Management. Her services includes: Strategic Planning, Design & Construction Services, FF&E Procurement, Budget Reconciliation, Relocation Management, Project Close-out, and Schedule Management.
Olivia's "bread & butter," is her passion for Healthcare and Corporate Office Design. She worked as a Design and Project Coordinator for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for about 4 years. She was responsible for Interior projects, Standards Development, Project Coordination, Space Occupancy, and Move Management for two operating hospitals, an Autism Center, multi-building Corporate Office Park, and three Master Planning new build projects.
