Olivia began working at Colliers in September of 2021 following her graduation from Lehigh University. At Colliers she focuses primarily on tenant representation and assisting clients in negotiating their leases. Olivia is a member of the team led by Michael Cohen and Andy Roos and plays a key role in business development. Prior to working at Colliers, she interned at Signature Bank in their finance department for multiple summers. Here she learned how to evaluate commercial properties through LTVs, DSCRs, and cap rates. Olivia is still involved with Lehigh University as an alumni and serves as a member of the Lehigh Real Estate Alliance.

AREA OF EXPERTISE
Mr. Cohen is President of Colliers' Tri-State Region. When the firm operated as GVA Williams Real Estate, Mr. Cohen was the third generation of his family to head the firm, which was founded in 1926.
An expert Real Estate Advisor, Mr. Cohen represents a wide range of clients including: Wells Fargo Advisors, American Lawyer Media, Signature Bank and Marks Paneth/CBIZ. He also has extensive experience representing tenants in the legal idustry, including such firms as Moses & Singer, Holland & Knight, Thompson Hine and Smith Gambrell.
Mr. Cohen is also an asset manager of several New York City office buildings including 57 West 57th Street and 28 & 40 West 23rd Street. In this capacity, his responsibilities include overseeing leasing, management and repositioning of the properties.
Mr. Cohen has been ranked as one of New York City's Top 20 Brokers by Real Deal. He has also been ranked as one of Commercial Observer's Power 100 Nationwide.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Cohen serves as Chairman of the Board of the business improvement district known as the Flatiron Nomad Partnership. He serves on the Boards of: The Roundabout Theatre Company; The Jewish National Fund of Greater NY and YPO Gold Big Apple. He is also a past Chairman of the Board of Housing & Services, Inc., and past President of Young Presidents' Organization of New York Metro Chapter. Mr. Cohen is also a Tony Award winning producer of "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder". He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
AREA OF EXPERTISE
Mr. Roos joined the firm in 1976 when it operated as Williams Real Estate. In addition to a focus on tenant representation, he is also a general partner of approximately five million square feet of commercial property in New York City. His focus is overseeing the leasing, management and operations of these properties. Mr. Roos also has handled similar responsibilities for a variety of institutions and private investment groups.
During his career, Mr. Roos has been associated with the development, sale or repositioning of over $1 billion of real estate and the leasing of over 30 million square feet of property. Some of his major clients include various divisions of the United Nations, including its Joint Pension Fund, the Bank of New York and Xerox. For the United Nations, he has been responsible for more than 500,000 square feet of leasing transactions. Mr. Roos has been involved in the leasing and acquisition of more than 400,000 square feet of office space and data center facilities around the country for the Bank of New York. One of his “signature” transactions was the 150,000-square-foot lease of both retail and office space for Xerox’s New York City headquarters located at 245 Park Avenue.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Roos currently serves on the Board of Governors of REBNY and is a former chairman of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, Inc. and of the NYU’s Real Estate Round Table. He is presently a member of the University’s Advisory Board.
