Nick has built industry knowledge and brokerage experience while serving clients throughout Wisconsin’s Fox Valley. His collective and expansive expertise gives Nick a broad understanding of the principals required to produce successful transactions. With a solid work ethic and attention to detail, Nick ensures the entire transaction process appears seamless, giving his customers and client’s peace of mind.
Prior to working in commercial real estate, Nick worked in the finance and mortgage industry in Appleton. He was a mortgage loan officer for Wells Fargo and Inlanta Mortgage; as well as the owner, operator of Ideal Home Lending for 6 years before selling and becoming Director of Business Development for Faith Technologies in Menasha.
Nick is an Appleton native, graduating from Appleton West High School and eventually Ripon College where he achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Leadership Studies. Nick is also a dedicated community member having coached youth and high school sports for over 24 years.

Michael has been serving clients throughout the Fox Valley as a Real Estate Advisor since 2014. Michael has diverse knowledge of the sale and leasing of all asset types, working with both sellers and buyers. With an all-encompassing understanding of the industrial, office, retail and land market, Michael brings unique insight into every project he is involved with. He takes pride in navigating the transaction process for his clients in order to achieve the most beneficial outcome for their investment goals. Utilizing an analytical approach to real estate, Michael facilitates creative solutions and instills the confidence that all options and outcomes have been evaluated.
Community involvement has long been an important part of his personal life and his career, a commitment that speaks volumes about the character Michael possess. He serves on a number of boards for local non-profits and organizations focused on the betterment of the Fox Valley. Outside of work and his community, Michael is married to his wife Sarah and they enjoy traveling, hiking, volleyball and golf.
Troy takes a proactive approach to thoroughly understand what his clients wish to accomplish. Troy brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate to the Colliers | Wisconsin team, and focuses on retail site selection and development services in and around Fond du Lac and Wisconsin’s Fox Valley. Troy is well versed and connected in the market, and has worked with national, regional and local clients and retailers on a range of services including retail site selection, build-to-suit services and investment sales. He understands that this experience can be stressful and rife with uncertainty for his clients and he focuses on customer satisfaction throughout the life of the relationship. Ultimately, Troy believes it is in his and the client's best interests to build a trusting relationship for the long term.
Troy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994 with a degree in finance complemented by a real estate emphasis and a minor in psychology. In addition, he is a graduate of the Commercial Investment Institute and is a Certified Realtor. His education and experience ensure he always keeps a close eye on the details and delivers persistent follow-up with all of his clients.
Mark is a Vice President in the Colliers | Wisconsin office and is a member of the Fox Valley team. The Fox Valley office covers a 75 mile stretch from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. Given the size of the market and the diverse product types, Mark has become an expert in many areas and has completed transactions of all types, including: investment sales, land sales, and retail, office and industrial leasing.
Mark joined the Wisconsin office as a sales associate in 2014. He joined the team with a background in tenant representation after spending the previous four years with Cresa.
Given the wide variety of clients Mark has worked with, he is considered a “jack of all trades” in the Fox Valley market.
