Nicholas is a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group, specializing in Industrial and Flex Property Investment Sales. His primary responsibilities cover multiple aspects of the deal continuum, including but not limited to procuring research related materials, financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence coordination, market analysis, and client service support.
Prior to working at Colliers, Nicholas supported another investment sales team as a Financial Analyst. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he graduated from The University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Specialization in Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Commerce. Nicholas is an active licensed broker here in Colorado and is an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman.

Brad Calbert is currently President of Colliers International Denver Office. In this capacity, Mr. Calbert oversees over 70 associates in various capacities while maintaining an active investment brokerage/ finance/consulting business. Mr. Calbert is involved in fee development for Colliers International.
Mr. Smith is a principal at Colliers International and works primarily in the company’s Investment and Leasing divisions. T.J. is widely recognized as a leader in the brokerage community. He provides a full range of services to his clients, including but not limited to: acquisition and disposition services, tenant representation, landlord representation, strategic planning and scheduling, market information and product consultation, negotiation support, analysis of offers and identifying comparables.
In recent years, T.J. has completed over 1,000 transactions consisting of more than 12 million square feet with an estimated transaction volume in excess of $1 billion.
Approximately 80% of Mr. Smith’s business is Investment Sales and Landlord Representation with individual owners and large institutional investors. T.J. currently leads and manages a four person transaction team which handles over 100 properties equaling 4 million square feet of projects for sale or lease.
