My team optimizes real estate holdings for portfolios ranging from one site to several hundred via a full suite of corporate solutions: workplace strategy, lifecycle planning, transaction management, and project management. I've led transactions in over 30 states, including mutli-site metro planning projects in excess of a quarter million square feet. If there are savings to be generated or risks to mitigate, I bring quantifiable value.
I joined Colliers in 2014. Prior to Colliers, I sold advertising for a boutique agency in Beverly Hills. I have a degree in Kinesiology from USC.

Terence R. Kirk began his career at the CBRE Headquarters located in the Downtown Los Angeles office. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Kirk focused exclusively on the representation of occupiers both locally and nationally.

With experience both in the public and private sector, Mr. Kirk can effectively provide to his clients increased profit margins via an efficient and strategic approach to the real estate portfolio.
Kyle Stanich facilitates the strategic consulting and transaction management of office space both nationally and in Greater Los Angeles, with a focus on Tenant representation.
Kyle drives enterprise value for Tenants through an understanding of their operations, capital planning, branding and culture, and devises a workplace strategy unique to their business. Kyle has experience with multi market portfolio assessments, and reducing of occupancy costs across the entire company footprint.
