Professional Summary

Nathan S. Mondrus has been appraising real estate since 2003 and became a Certified General Licensed Appraiser in June 2005. In December, 2011 he joined Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services, leaving the City and County of Denver Assessor’s office where he was a supervisor for the High-Density Team and responsible for approving all assessment valuations for multifamily properties and commercial land. His professional experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, medical, industrial, restaurants, raw land and multifamily properties. Nathan also specializes in power/neighborhood retail centers, auto dealerships, car washes and net lease properties throughout the country.
