As an executive vice president of investment services with Colliers, Mindy Korth is accomplished in all sectors of the investment real estate community, including office, medical office, retail, datacenters, high-finish industrial, commercial land, and unique projects across metropolitan Phoenix and nationally.
Mindy leads an investment sales team that includes Jenny Bassett, real estate analyst; Kelsey Robinson, client services coordinator; and Alyssa Smith, client services coordinator.
Mindy is focused on identifying investment opportunities, executing client strategy, establishing relationships between parties, and coordinating property financial analysis and due diligence. Throughout her career, Mindy has been involved in each aspect of real estate, including new and rehab development, financial structuring deals in capital markets, leasing, management, site selection, network planning, acquisitions and dispositions programming, financial analysis, and underwriting.

As a real estate analyst with Colliers, Jenny Bassett specializes in investment properties as a member of the team of Mindy Korth, executive vice president; Kelsey Robinson, client services coordinator; and Alyssa Smith, client services coordinator.
Working closely with the team, Jenny participates in all aspects of each property and transaction, from pitch to close. She is also responsible for the team's external branding and marketing channels with clients, future clients and industry colleagues.
Their team specializes in investment sales throughout metropolitan Phoenix, representing institutional, special servicer/lender and private investors. No matter how large or small the size of the transaction, the team's clients are their top priority. Since joining the team in 2012, Jenny has been involved in 53 sales transactions, totaling more than $683 million in value.
Jenny's background in real estate spans more than 18 years. Prior to joining Colliers, she served as a real estate analyst in the Capital Markets Group with CBRE. Previously, Jenny was involved in the real estate investment (REIT) side of the business. She was responsible for the marketing and communications for the Valley's most prominent shopping centers, including Scottsdale Quarter and Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Kelsey Robinson serves as the client services coordinator with Colliers for the investment team of Mindy Korth, executive vice president; Jenny Bassett, real estate analyst; and Alyssa Smith, client services coordinator. Their team specializes in investment sales across all property types and advises a wide range of clients from institutional and private capital investors to lenders, special servicers, REITs and foreign capital groups.
Through innovation and effective communication, Kelsey provides best-in-class service, marketing and sales support to the team and its clients. Responsibilities include presentation support, listing preparation, transaction administration, gathering market knowledge through internal resources and external resources, and coordinating marketing materials.
Kelsey develops print and digital marketing campaigns, tour packages for listings, maintains the team website and ensures listings are promoted on various third-party listing sites.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and updating documents throughout the transaction and due diligence process. Kelsey supports the team’s databases, prepares invoices, and coordinates client meetings and events.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kelsey was a marketing specialist at an advertising agency, dedicated to juggling a variety of projects for a wide range of clients.
