Historical:
I joined Colliers in 2013 as a brokerage assistant in the office tenant rep division. I became the training coordinator for the Atlanta staff in 2015. I was made Client Services Leader in 2018, providing training, coaching, and functional direction to the client services team.
Prior to Colliers, I worked for more than 20 years in the nonprofit world, including education and ministry settings.

Jodi Selvey specializes in Office Tenant Representation. She works with her clients to provide strategic planning and solutions to their real estate needs. Ms. Selvey offers over 30 years of comprehensive real estate experience which includes leasing a number of corporate headquarters locations, office building sales, site selection, restructuring of leases, and providing detailed financial analyses. Jodi executes in a creative way to solve complicated transactions, whether she’s asked to sell a difficult building, meet a nonprofit organization’s financial benchmarks, or seek out nontraditional solutions for a client. Additionally, Ms. Selvey works with national clients on multicity assignments, thereby creating a single point of contact for all their real estate needs across the country.

By investing in relationships founded in integrity and trust, Ms. Bittel delivers enduring value to her clients as a long-term partner, looking beyond immediate needs to help them build and grow their business in a sustainable, strategic way.
Allison acts quickly to create and seize opportunities for her clients, embracing change and thinking differently to generate new and better solutions for long-term success. Ms. Bittel approaches each real estate transaction by evaluating the multitude of factors contributing to the overall real estate solution. By evaluating factors such as costs, talent, location desirability and other nuances, Allison helps her clients leverage flexible terms to mitigate risks during economic cycles.
Through nearly two decades of experience in office real estate advisory, Ms. Bittel has leveraged significant experience with lease acquisitions, recasts, terminations, and excess space dispositions to help her clients achieve their office space, business park and build-tosuit real estate objectives. During the past 18 years, Allison has worked on various transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet and ranging in size from 2,500 square feet to more than 200,000 square feet. Through several projects, including a 160,000 square foot headquarters relocation, Ms. Bittel has exhibited her ability to move quickly in the execution of lease negotiations when limited supply and high demand exist – securing economic development incentives and growth requirement to maximize the value of real estate for her clients. Allison joins the Colliers International Atlanta office after more than 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield.
Meredith is a Senior Associate with Colliers International Occupier Services Group, specializing in office tenant representation. Building upon her previous experience with a diverse group of clients at JLL, Meredith takes a holistic approach to delivering real estate solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives. She will provide clients a professional approach with the world class research of Colliers International and market expertise to deliver winning outcomes for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies
to growth stage startups. Meredith assists on several multi-city national accounts. She began her career at Colliers International in 2019, and she previously worked in commercial real estate as an Associate for JLL. Prior to working at JLL, Meredith had
summer internships at Cousins Properties and CBRE.
