I drive the start-to-finish workstreams of digital content management for Colliers.com and Investor Relations websites. For technical matters, I am a trusted advisor and innovative problem solver. I share what I know with the rest of the digital professionals worldwide. I am passionate about improving existing online UX experiences, and am working with the Corporate IT team to add new digital functionalities and drive brand performance across all digital platforms.
I have worked in the digital space for many years, a bulk of them with Microsoft. I pay exceptional attention to detail and understand the project-management best practices required to bring marketing content to life - through project planning, resource management, creative development and review facilitation, vendor management, and publishing.

After studying Marketing at Griffith university, and later studies in graphic design, Grant Carrolls real estate career began as a commercial real estate agent for PRD Nationwide where he was the first trainee to enter the Gold Coast corporate office in Queensland. During his time with PRD Nationwide he was exposed to all areas of real estate which including commercial and retail leasing, sales, residential, special projects, asset management and property research.
Grant Carroll later moved to luxury residential brand Belle Property as a Residential Sales Agent nd to fuel his creative passion he transitioned to their Marketing Manager located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. His time with Belle Property allowed him to understand the complex and competitive residential marketing environment which was going through a digital transofrmation.
In 2013, Grant Carroll joined Knight Frank Australia where his focus was to deliver a competitive advantage and increase the company's national profile and connectivity through innovative digital marketing and communication initiatives. During this time he created three national integrated digital marketing campaigns. Exclusive View, a trade marked signature sales campaign. Top Floor digial magazine, which focuses on office occupiers, and SPACE Industrial, a national industrial leasing digitally animated portfolio.
Now approaching nearly 16 years' in the marketing and property industry he transitioned from Colliers International ANZ marketing to Colliers International Global Marketing & Technology team based out of Seattle USA, where his focus is to drive the Global digital strategy, increase their brand dominance and deliver new innovative ways to communicate with our clients and customers through media, website design and marketing automation.
