Michelle manages the day to day operations of the US Service Center based in Charlotte, NC as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures with National Properties Services team within Real Estate Management Services group.
Accomplishments
While at Colliers, Michelle currently leads the Service Center team that is responsible for maintaining the IMPAK facility management software while providing excellent customer service and administrative support for 1,200+ properties with approximately 103 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
The Service Center relocated from Phoenix, AZ to Charlotte, NC in April 2015 and Michelle has played a vital role in the continued growth of the Service Center, bringing the total number of square footage we support from 50 million to 90 million in the first two years of being in Charlotte, NC.
