With more than 20 years commercial real estate experience and specializing in land sales and acquisitions, Michelle joined Colliers International brokerage team in 2013 as Vice President.
Prior to joining Colliers, Michelle was with The BETZ Companies for 18 years, where she was involved in acquiring, managing and marketing property valued in excess of $225 million in the Houston area.
Most recently Michelle was responsible for the overall management and direction of all facets of a Woodlands based commercial real estate firm which included brokerage, property management, development/acquisitions, strategic planning, implementation and financial aspects.
Her vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate marketing, development and management translates into a true understanding of the real estate process from start to finish allowing her to provide the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment.

Lisa Bridges

Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Marilynne Clark

Bringing 31 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:

Shelby joined Colliers International in May 2019 as the Client Project Coordinator in The Woodlands. Shelby supports her team of advisors who specialize in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, healthcare and senior housing. In her role as client services coordinator, she helps develop and maintain a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance, tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
