and property specific marketing strategies. She remains proactive, staying current on market trends and marketing platforms to further enhance client goals. Service experience includes representing tenants, institutional clients, corporate clients and pension funds in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of all types of industrial properties and land.
Michelle has completed a total lease and sales transaction volume of $82 million. Her largest sale transaction to-date was a 510,000 SF distribution center that sold for $48.5 million and the largest lease transaction handled was for Nestle Waters totaling 286,000 SF.
Michelle is well connected with major industrial landlords, developers and brokers in the market and hosts the Tampa quarterly industrial comp luncheon - unique to this market.

Ed specializes in industrial sales including leasing, site selection, land and investment sales. A 30+year veteran of the Tampa real estate market, he was managing partner of Corporate Real Estate Services prior to its merger with Colliers International Tampa Bay Florida. From his base in Tampa, Ed covers the dynamic central Florida industrial market along the I-4 corridor. He works in partnership with executive managing brokers, Dolores Seymour and Deborah Mickler, providing his clients with his unique and comprehensive market insight. On behalf of their very satisfied clients, he has leased, disposed of, or acquired over six million square feet of industrial space and sixteen hundred acres of vacant land in transactions valued at over $400 million.
Ed’s experience includes preparation of strategic market studies, valuation, acquisition, disposition, leasing, consultation and repositioning to increase value. He holds a master’s degree in economics and combines an academic temperament with practical experience in logistics, industrial design and site layout. His market knowledge is both thorough and current, with a history of personal experience, and a few interesting stories. His real world experience, technical background and familiarity with sites and properties from Tampa and Orlando make him a highly sought after advisor. Working with his team he creates an effective blend of experience, market knowledge, strategic planning, negotiation skills and process management.
David specializes in assisting global logistics organizations in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial facilities. He also works with multiple national development firms in the strategic planning, site selection, construction and leasing of state wide distribution centers.

L.B. Sierra joins Colliers Tampa Bay as a Director of Industrial Services. L.B. previously served as Director of Brokerage and Leasing for Cardinal Point Real Estate, an affiliated full service commercial and residential real estate brokerage operation based in Tampa.
Mr. Sierra has facilitated multi-million dollar lease and purchase transactions with high profile commercial clients such as Raymond James, Lincoln Financial, ALDI, Chase Bank, and Darden Restaurants. Mr. Sierra is actively involved in a variety of real estate professional organizations and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Society of Real Estate Professionals (“SOREP”).
