Michelle Lawrence joined Colliers International - Savannah in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator. She works primarily with brokers Ashley Smith, Danny Chase, David Sink, Sebastian Findlay and John Neely to develop and implement company marketing strategies for a variety of properties including office, medical, industrial, retail, investment, and land.
Prior to joining the team, Michelle was a Junior Designer at a commercial interior design company and spent two years at Colliers International | Atlanta as a Senior Client Services Coordinator. After moving to Savannah in 2017, Michelle began working at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) then returned to Colliers International to pursue her career in commercial real estate.
Michelle is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia.
Education
Michelle graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN where she recieved her Bachelors of Arts, majoring in Interior Design.

John L. Neely has over 25 years of experience in the industrial and commercial real estate business in the Savannah and coastal Georgia/South Carolina market. John Neely, along with partners Cliff Dales, David Sink and Ashley Smith have built Colliers International | Savannah into a full service commercial real estate firm. Colliers International | Savannah offers landlord/seller representation, tenant/buyer representation, professional marketing, property management, and consulting to a variety of clients, large and small. John has been particularly active in completing large industrial, office and land transactions.
David J. Sink joined Colliers International-Savannah in 1999 and became a partner in 2007. He has been active in brokering a number of multi-million dollar properties, representing tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords in the sale, purchase, or leasing of property.
Ashley serves the Savannah real estate market in the office, retail and multi-family sectors where he specializes in leasing and sales. Additionally, Ashley represents tenants and buyers with a well-rounded view of the market. He is the only broker in Savannah, Georgia with both SIOR and CCIM designations, making him the go to for investment sales in the area.
Danny S. Chase has over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience in both Baltimore, Maryland and Savannah, Georgia. A native of Savannah, he moved back to Georgia with his family in the summer of 2008 and joined Colliers International | Savannah. Danny seeks his clients’ interests first and foremost through professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, attention to detail and deep market knowledge. He has experience with all facets of commercial real estate in the Savannah marketplace from large scale industrial, multi-family, hospitality, office, retail and much more.
Danny works closely with the Georgia Ports Authority, the economic development community, institutional investors, institutional landlords, and local, regional, and national tenants. Using the latest data and detailed market analysis, Danny gives his clients a deep understanding of real estate trends, market dynamics and insights to help clients make the most informed financial decisions to reduce risk and maximize returns.
Having graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Management and Development, Sebastian began his real estate career in 2010, spending two years in Edinburgh U.K. where he trained and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, infrastructure and construction. In the United Kingdom his training involved rotations in the Brokerage, Property Management, Appraisal and Development departments giving him full exposure to the world of Real Estate. In 2012 he moved to New York City where he spent four years working in Landlord and Tenant representation across office, retail and industrial properties, before settling in Savannah at the beginning of 2017. Sebastian is currently an SIOR Member Associate and is expected to achieve full SIOR designation in 2021.
