The role of National Executive Managing Director, Real Estate Management Services, requires an attention to detail, ability to understand clients’ needs, and in-depth knowledge of every step of the property management cycle. I am responsible for the delivery of service excellence in property operations, business development and strategic implementation of the Colliers platform, nationally. Over the course of my 20+ years in commercial real estate, I’ve held every position in property management, except for maintenance, giving me the experience to understand the importance of each role. I understand the operational side of the asset, how our teams need to react and how to set strategy. I work closely with the President, U.S. Asset Services to ensure our clients’ needs are not only met, but that we exceed expectations.
I began my career in the U.S. Marine Corps, which gave me a strong foundation built on trust, integrity and being a partner in something much larger than just my role. I am a boots-on-the-ground leader, unafraid to get in the trenches and will do whatever is necessary to make sure the job is done right, on time and by the best team Colliers has.
I particularly appreciate the Colliers mindset that while we are an international company, we have an entrepreneurial spirit where we can work with our resources to fit the needs of our clients. We don’t set the rules and expect our clients to follow them, we partner with our clients to create the best strategy and outcome possible.
