Michael is a Senior Associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Michael focuses on various retail aspects such as Landlord Representation, Investment Services / Capital Markets, Tenant Representation, Retail and Mixed-Use. Michael has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 11 years and have worked on all sides of transactions including representing landlords and tenants on both the sale and lease side of the business. This gives him a strong understanding of all sides of a real estate transaction. Michael specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to his projects that consistently exceed the goals of his clients.
Michael has work with just clients such as Ashley Furniture, Jollibee, Pizza Hut, Tropical Smoothie Café, Crumbl Cookies, Body Machines Fitness, Medi Weight Loss, Friendly’s Restaurant, Kohler, Mammoth Holdings, Ryman Hospitality, USPI, DECA Dental, and many more.
When Michael is not working he likes to spend his time playing golf, traveling, finding new and delicious restaurants, and spending time with his family.
