Prior to joining Colliers, Michael served as an associate with Lee & Associates, representing landlords and tenants in the leasing, sale and acquisition of commercial space. Working on behalf of tenants, he identified locations and spaces that met their requirements for current and future growth. Michael developed strategic leasing, acquisition and sales strategies to optimize the value of his clients’ real estate assets.

Todd has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in educational and office properties and corporate tenant representation. Prior to joining Colliers, Todd was with Trammel Crow Company, CBRE and Insignia/ ESG.
As a vice president with Colliers, Kyle Campbell specializes in the sale and leasing of education and office properties across metro Phoenix and nationally. Kyle has in-depth knowledge of education-based real estate and serves as a director of Colliers’ Education Services Group, the leading advisory group dedicated to the education industry.
He is also a member of the top-producing office and education team of Todd Noel, senior executive vice president; Michael Marsh, associate vice president; Matt Baniszewski, senior associate; and Morgan Carden, senior client services specialist.
Kyle works closely with clients to understand and evaluate their short- and long-term objectives. Leveraging his knowledge of the office and educational property markets, Kyle positions properties to increase liquidity and maximize value. Through a multi-disciplined approach, Kyle aligns marketing strategies with his clients’ business goals to deliver optimal results.
He brings tremendous value to clients through a comprehensive platform of services, including strategic marketing, acquisition and disposition, new and renewal lease negotiations, lease restructuring, occupancy cost reduction, and coordinating construction and tenant improvements. Through in-depth research of demographic and GIS trends, Kyle provides expert site selection services to clients and team members.
Kyle joined Colliers in 2013, as a research associate for Greater Phoenix. In this role, he monitored tenant activity, maintained an extensive lease and sale comparable database, compiled quarterly office market reports, and assisted brokerage professionals with market presentations.
During his time in research, Kyle gained extensive market knowledge and analytical skills. By the fall of 2014, he had sharpened those skills and transitioned to a broker position with Colliers.
Kyle is actively involved with Brokers for Kids, a year-long fundraising drive to benefit Boys Hope Girls Hope, an organization that provides scholarship to underprivileged kids to ensure a good education.

Through targeted marketing and canvassing, Matt attracts quality tenants for clients’ properties and sources new listing opportunity for the team. From the initial process of identifying a client’s requirements through final negotiations, he represents his clients’ best interests. Matt's accountability, diligence and pro-active problem-solving ensure transactions move forward in a timely and efficient manner.
Leveraging his research expertise and analytical skills, Matt tracks market conditions, analyzing and interpreting data. He keeps the team and its clients informed about market trends that impact real estate strategies and decisions. Matt's integrity, drive and solutions-based approach are key to delivering results that exceed his clients’ expectations.
He joined Colliers in Arizona in 2018, as a researcher. In this role, Matt monitored tenants-in-the-market activity, assisted in compiling quarterly market reports for each property discipline, and maintained lease and sales comparable databases.
While at university, he served as a commercial real estate intern for CBRE and Lee & Associates in Phoenix, conducting property surveys, touring properties with prospective clients, and compiling industry research.
Marketing Manager, U.S. Valuation & Advisory Services
As the senior client services specialist for a top-producing office and education services team with Colliers, Morgan Carden provides advanced marketing support to enhance the team’s service offering to the marketplace. The team specializes in the sale and leasing of office and educational properties, with expertise in tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land.
Her team includes Todd Noel, CCIM, senior executive vice president; Kyle Campbell, vice president; Michael Marsh, associate vice president; and Matt Baniszewski, senior associate.
Morgan assists in developing innovative marketing strategies for each client and property, including print and digital marketing. In support of business development, she prepares highly effective listing proposals, presentations, offering memorandums and property brochures. She also coordinates with research and GIS to develop demographic maps, market intelligence and research data to market properties and aid tenants in making strategic location decisions.
As a results-driven professional, Morgan recognizes the value of a collaborative environment and strong relationships to support the success of the team and its clients. She is committed to being highly responsive and keeping all parties fully informed throughout the marketing process.
In 2016, Morgan joined Colliers as senior client services specialist for the 10-member Arizona Retail Services team, significantly elevating marketing services for the team. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a senior brokerage coordinator for Capital Markets with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, providing marketing and sales support to multifamily and retail investment brokers.
Morgan's extensive background includes more than 10 years as a strategic business and property manager for high-profile property management firms. Shehoned a diverse skill set in leasing, sales, marketing, accounting, budgeting, bid review, asset evaluation, construction and maintenance. She consistently grew occupancy and returned properties to stable operations.
Her experience includes serving as business manager for Freeman Webb Company, First Management Services, Riverstone Residential Group, Banyan Realty Management, and Lincoln Property Company; and assistant manager for United Residential Properties. She also served as community manager for Lawler Wood, LLC / Wood Properties.
