Professional Summary
Michael Macchia draws upon over five years of experience in commerical real estate investments and financing to create value for his clients. Macchia combines his net lease investment sales focus with a keen understanding of the industrial market across the US, but more speicfically in the Southeast US.
Prior to joining Colliers, Macchia started his career in New York at Northmarq (formerly known as Stan Johnson Company). He focused on the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties. During his time at Northmarq, he also worked with the corporate finance team on various sale-leaseback research initiatives. Macchia has been apart of over $1B worth of transactions throughout his career thus far.
He currently holds a real estate license in New York and graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business.
Macchia relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in the summer of 2022, and joined Colliers in February of 2023.

Ryan Vaught joined Colliers in 2018. His real estate practice focuses on consulting with industrial developers and investors throughout the country.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ryan was a Senior Vice President with JLL where he led the industrial services platform in Tampa, FL. Before relocating to Florida, Ryan was with Brixton Capital, a private equity investment firm located in San Diego, CA.
Ryan also served in the United States Army as a military intelligence officer.
Ryan is married to his wife (Laura) and has two sons (Owen and Ryder).
During his 19-year career, Ullrich has executed more than $1 billion in transactions. His real estate practice is focused on advising industrial developers and investors throughout the country.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ullrich led a New York City based team at Stan Johnson Company (now Northmarq). They focused on Southeast industrial investment sales, national net lease sales, and 1031 exchange representation. Before moving to New York City, Ullrich spent 12 years in Tampa Bay at JLL, Colliers, and PwC.
When not working, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his with his wife Tiffany and four young children, exploring New York City, traveling, reading, and seeking out an occasional outdoor adventure.
Riley joined Colliers in 2022 as a Capital Markets Analyst working with the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team. In this role, he will be providing brokerage support, valuation analysis, and market research for the southeast industrial markets.
In 2019, Riley began his real estate career as an intern at the Colliers office in Detroit, MI where he helped manage and prospect for the Global Automotive Real Estate portfolio while also building out a Customer Relation Management system for the Book | Jett team. Prior to joining Colliers in Tampa, FL, he also worked as an intern for Merrill Lynch in a wealth management role researching and analyzing market analytics to determine which equities are positioned best to optimize returns with the changes to the market and consumer preferences. Additionally, as an intern to the CEO for United Wholesale Mortgage he gathered analytics from all aspects of the company to create a senior leadership report so that the c-suite executives have encompassing data to make proper decisions.
Debi joined Colliers Tampa Bay in November 2018 as a client services coordinator supporting the industrial team of Ryan Vaught and Robyn Hurrell. She provides unparalleled expertise in assisting the team with the creation of presentations, client deliverables, and a multitude of miscellaneous one-off marketing pieces as well as transactional support. Experienced in the spectrum of Adobe programs, Debi is able to utilize a variety of applications to create custom materials catered to each of our individual clients. With almost ten years in the commercial real estate sector, Debi combines her skill set and knowledge of the industry to continuously propel the team forward.
Prior to joining Colliers, Debi began her commercial real estate career as a brokerage administrator for Marcus & Millichap. During her six years in their Tampa office, she quickly grew to become a Lead Certified Agent Support Specialist providing marketing and training support to an office of 50+ agents with numerous product specialties including multifamily, retail and hospitality.
