Michael Cummings has 32 years of experience as an office properties specialist. This experience includes performing analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, and, early in his career, the leasing of a downtown Chicago Class A office development.
Michael has also gained considerable expertise leading the transaction management services for corporate real estate occupiers.
During the past two years alone, Michael has been directly responsible for more than 1.8 million square feet of transactions with combined consideration of more than $400 million.
Accomplishments
Michael is currently the account manager for Allstate’s West/Central region and in this capacity, is responsible for over 150 leased and owned locations in 29 states totalling approximately 4.6 million square feet.
Michael also serves as the account manager for Kearney, a global management consulting firm with 62 locations totalling approximately 550,000 square feet, Ascension, with 500 locations totalling 4.0 million square feet, and NorthShore University HealthSystem with 250 leases and locations totalling approximately 2.8 million square feet.
His other corporate clients include BDO USA, LLP, Loyola University Health System, Allscripts, and SCA. Collectively, Michael has completed over 2,000 transactions for these clients nationally and worldwide.
Michael has achieved the honor of “Everest Club” every year since 2011, a designation awarded to the top 10% of producers from Colliers International’s Americas region.

Within his community, Michael has served on the governing board of his church, held several leadership positions in the YMCA Indian Guides program, and been actively involved with both the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity.

Grant is part of the Colliers' downtown Chicago Office Advisory Group. His primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions by integrating financial data and qualitative information into executable long-term strategies. He works alongside his clients to execute their primary financial objectives while strengthening their financial statements throughout the process. His experience also includes a full suite of services such as workplace strategy development, site selection, property acquisition/disposition, financial analysis and modeling, transaction negotiation and transaction management.
Prior to joining Colliers, Grant spent seven years with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he focused on new business development and expansion. He has completed transactions totaling over 8 million square feet nationally.
Kyle Hundelt is part of Colliers' Occupier Services Group and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions for corporate occupiers by integrating financial data and qualitative information into executable long-term strategies. He works alongside his clients to execute their primary business objectives while enhancing their financial statements throughout the real estate process.
He works with a wide range of clients from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies and has significant experience negotiating real estate transactions across the globe. He provides a full suite of services such as workplace strategy development, site selection, property acquisition / disposition, financial analysis and modeling, transaction negotiation, and transaction management.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, he spent two years at Newmark Knight Frank in their Tenant Representation - Office Advisory Group, where he focused on new business development and providing execution support on a variety of transaction requirements.

Based in the firm’s downtown office, he partners closely with local leadership to expand and streamline the company’s transaction management accounts and provides corporate strategy services that enhance value within real estate portfolios.
