Executive Managing Director, Central Florida
Danny joined Colliers in early 2018 as Managing Director/Market Leader for the Central Florida markets, which encompass the major metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples.
As the Managing Director and Market Leader, Danny manages the company’s Central Florida operations and business strategy. With a team of over 80+ brokers and client service brokerage coordinators as well as GIS, Research, Digital Marketing and Core Marketing personnel. The team focuses on the leasing and sales of all property types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Land, and Debt/Equity Mortgage Banking throughout the Central Florida market and specialty practice areas such as Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Hotels/Hospitality, which are practiced nationally
With over 13 years of experience, Danny brings to Colliers a depth of knowledge with commercial real estate brokerage & technology, having started, worked for and/or coordinated with various tech companies across the country that are helping to accelerate the success of brokers and their clients. His hands-on approach and knowledge of the brokerage business and intersection with technology ultimately allows Danny to share and deliver new ideas that benefits our clients.
In his role, Danny works directly with the other leaders on the executive team to develop and execute the overall corporate strategy for Colliers International in the Central Florida markets As Colliers and the Central Florida markets continue to expand, his focus is to develop, recruit and assist the top brokers in the markets and provide our clients with a high-level of service.
Director of Development Services
A veteran of commercial construction and development for over 20 years, Todd has unique experience in all aspects of the project building life-cycle. In addition to project management experience in design- build, general contracting, and construction management delivery methods, Todd has had responsibility in project land acquisition, professional conceptual design, entitlements program design, and has even served as facility manager for portfolio of properties exceeding 200,000 SF. Todd’s portfolio of projects is as equally diverse, successfully completing projects in sectors such as commercial office, medical office, educational, institutional, municipal, water treatment, multi-family, and more. Todd is able to draw upon his education in architectural engineering and the broad experience and skill-sets his diverse career has provided for the benefit of clients.
Senior Client Services Specialist
Marcianne Foster provides extensive project management for multiple transactions, quality assurance of the marketing work product, and detailed analytical and administrative support. Her responsibilities include national and regional market and site research, creation and distribution of marketing collateral, execution of specialized marketing campaigns, comprehensive preparation and analysis of business documents, and the collection and dissemination of critical information to internal and external clients.
Throughout her career, Marcianne has amassed extensive knowledge in commercial, multifamily and residential real estate and has held key marketing, senior-level administrative, management, and educational positions. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to become a business operations specialist with expertise overseeing simultaneous projects from initiation to completion while driving revenue and managing relationships, as well as, an efficient and creative administrator who minimizes workflow obstacles and delivers exceptional results. Prior to joining Colliers International, Marcianne was the senior brokerage coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield's Tampa- and Orlando-based capital markets team. Other employers include Southern Crafted Homes, Advantis Real Estate Services Company, AIMCO, and Lincoln Property Company.
