Meredith Lee is the property manager of 2500 Meadow Brook, 2600 Meadow Brook and 100 Brookwood Place. Meredith has more than 7 years' experience in the industry. Prior to coming to Colliers, Meredith served as a Facility Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle on their BBVA Compass account. Her territory included 30+ retail bank facilities and 1 data center. Lastly, her experience includes property administration for the historic Evening Star Building in Washington, DC.
Accomplishments
During Meredith's time on the BBVA Compass account, she designed and implemented a web-based work order system (360Facility) for the national portfolio. The program tracked and organized contracts, work orders, building inspections, and building equipment for all 700+ properties. Once implemented the new system improved work order response and completion times as well as provided more sophisticated reporting capabilities for the client.
