With more than 25 years of experience at Colliers International, Kevin has focused his entire career on office property leasing and sales in the Minneapolis Suburban Market. Kevin consistently ranks among our top salespeople in Colliers Minneapolis - St. Paul and has been named a member of the Colliers International Everest Club, which recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers in the United States. Kevin has completed more than 1,600 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of over 7 million SF of space with total consideration of more than $1.5 billion.
Kevin’s thorough understanding of the office market combined with his straightforward and honest approach has fostered many long term relationships with local and national owners of office buildings. Kevin’s team works closely with clients to establish strategic plans consistent and complementary with their goals, objectives and strategies.
Michael is an expert in tenant representation, owner representation and sales to investors and owners, concentrating primarily in the suburban Minneapolis market.
Since joining Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul in 1999, Michael has completed more than 800 lease and sales transactions with a total consideration of more than $1 billion. Michael has consistently been one of Colliers’ top-producing office brokers (Everest Club) and CoStar Power Broker and is a past recipient of the MN Commercial Association of Realtors - Lease Transaction of the Year, awarded to him by industry peers.

As a Senior Associate in the Office Brokerage division of Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, I specialize in providing quality leasing and sales services to commercial tenants, owners and investors in the Twin Cities suburban office markets.
I first joined Colliers as a Research Coordinator where I developed a deep understanding of the Minneapolis-St. Paul commercial real estate industry. This invaluable experience has cultivated a well-rounded knowledge of the Twin Cities markets and the complexities of commercial transactions.
Clients count on my comprehensive assessments and market knowledge to ensure smooth and favorable transactions. I monitor individual space availability along with market rents, absorption, and vacancy trends, and use this information to aid my clients in making informed real estate decisions.
As a vice president on the Office Brokerage team, Laura provides tenant representation, owner representation and sales to investors and owners of real estate, development consulting and land brokerage services to a wide range of clients in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota markets.
Laura’s highly strategic process which she uses to evaluate opportunities and the market makes her an asset. Clients’ needs and objectives are met with thoughtful insight and a process in which they feel understood and supported.
Laura began her career in Texas in 2002, working for a commercial real estate developer leasing its portfolio. After moving to Minnesota in 2003, Laura began working in brokerage. In 2011, she formed her own company and represented a business as it expanded its presence in Minnesota and Wisconsin. While she advised on relocations and new construction for more than 1.5 million square feet of leased and owned space over 13 years, she provided strategic guidance as the company refreshed its branding and public image. Under Laura’s counsel, her client increased its revenue from $19 million in 1999 to $67 million in 2013.
After Laura shepherded her client through its growth phase, she continued to focus on tenant representation but with a focus on the office sector. Prior to joining Colliers in April 2020, she represented a breadth of clients including national, regional and local companies looking to secure retail, flex industrial and office spaces in Minnesota.
Laura serves as a vice chair planning commissioner for the City of Victoria. She lives in Victoria with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the lake and long bike rides.
