Matthew Shanahan joined Colliers International in 1999 after graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, with dual majors in Real Estate and Business Law. Since then, Matt has built a robust client portfolio, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, and has been directly involved in over 5 million square feet of office lease and sale transactions in the suburban Philadelphia market. In addition, Matt is a member of the Healthcare Services Group and has received the designation as a Fellow which distinguishes brokers with advanced expertise and experience in healthcare real estate.
