As a Senior Brokerage Associate, my focus is on office and medical tenant representation, helping clients navigate the ever-changing commercial real estate market to maximize their employees’ productivity and shareholder value.
As a former commercial banker, I understand the importance of investing the time to understand a client’s business, strategies and key objectives. Clients appreciate my trusted partnership in planning for long-term success. My experience is focused on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of businesses, driving the risk conversation and providing innovative solutions to solve customer’s problems throughout a company’s life cycle.

Education
I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Moore School of Business.
Prior to joining Colliers, I had a successful career in banking for over 10 years with the largest family-controlled bank in the United States, primarily in the commercial banking space. I was responsible for developing and managing commercial business banking relationships in accordance with the bank’s core values and strategic sales process in the central South Carolina region. In that role, I built and managed a portfolio with customers and prospects with over $10 million in revenue. I also have experience working as a commercial underwriter.

I am a Board Member on Central SC Alliance’s Committee of 100, an Advisory Board Member for Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia and a member of the Capital City Club Rotary.
I enjoy volunteering with many of our city’s nonprofits. I currently serve as President of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities, as a site leader for Homeworks of America and as the Legacy Society Vice Chair for United Way of the Midlands. I have formerly served as a Steering Committee Member for United Way’s Young Leaders Society and on the PMBA Graduate Council for the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. I am so grateful for these organizations and their hard work to continue to improve this city that my family and I love.
I am actively involved in First Baptist Church of Columbia as a Deacon.Additionally, my wife, two children and I like to spend weekends visiting the park, zoo, or the lake in the summer. I also enjoy hunting and fishing.
