Shadd Walker serves as a Senior Executive Vice President in the Greater Los Angeles region. With more than 20 years in the industry, Shadd specializes in the sale and lease of office and R&D properties throughout the Los Angeles County.
His career began with Colliers in 1998 after graduating from University of Southern California. Generating more than $1B in completed transactions in his career, Shadd brings an acute understanding of the office market, particularly an expertise in repositioning for creative office, entertainment production studios, biotech and life-science markets. Shadd’s strategic approach allows him to partner closely with clients, resulting in well-executed transactions and exceptional advisory services. As a client-focused expert, he is skilled in problem-solving and delivers top-notch solutions for complex structures. He is adept in advising small and large clients on how to successfully optimize office assets in targeted markets. Notable accomplishments include a recent partnership with Rexford Industrial, where he brokered a $12 million deal. Walker also collaborated with Samuelson & Fetter to close a $78 million dollar transaction for an office building totaling 142,000 square feet.
Shadd is heavily involved as a member of AIR Commercial Real Estate, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Entretech.
Linda produces various marketing and touring materials including brochures, site plans, property campaigns, tables, and market research aggregation. She also conducts research and data collection including but not limited to, office space availabilities, tracking key deliverables and competitor research analyses.
Prior to coming to Colliers International, Linda worked in the Admissions department for colleges. In addition to her educational experience, she also worked in commercial and residential real estate for 15+ years.
She graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She continued her education by returning to Mount St. Mary's University to earn her Master's in Business Administration with a credential as a Certified Associate in Project Management.
