Jordan Baruch joined Colliers International in 2012 and specializes in corporate advisory services for sales and leasing transactions. Mr. Baruch engages in advisory services across many asset classes, including industrial, suburban retail, office, multi-family, and development. With transactional volume north of $500 Million, Mr. Baruch specializes in creating strategic and innovative solutions for a variety of his corporate clients. In a short period of time, Jordan has distinguished himself from his competition through his knowledge of the market, his hard work and his dedication to the Real Estate business.
Mr. Baruch is the cornerstone of a seasoned team of professionals whose primary focus is on sales and leasing in the Outer Boroughs of Manhattan and Long Island. He conducts most of his business locally, as well as across the United States and Globally.
Jordan currently resides in Manhattan, NY. He has been involved in many community service projects and regularly attends conferences and networking events. He is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society as well as ICSC. He actively volunteers for Atlantic Beach Rescue and has also donated his time to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life and Northwell’s Every Woman Matters Walk.
