About
Professional Summary
I focus on site development as well as both landlord and tenant representation for industrial properties throughout the Charleston, SC region and throughout South Carolina. I have established myself in the market by forming key relationships in various industry sectors and learning the market drivers that impact end users.
I work with clients to coach them on site development by providing creative solutions to overcome issues such as zoning, wetlands, access and utilities. I have also worked closely with the South Carolina Ports Authority to better understand the full supply chain lifecycle to better serve our clients in their search for industrial space.
Accomplishments
My greatest accomplishments have been transactions that benefit not only my client, but also the community. For example, while serving as the seller’s representative for Marion County Economic Development, I was tasked with seeking buyers who would bring jobs and investment to the county, not just pay the highest price. First, I assisted the County in the sale of the Mullens Building to an automotive parts supplier that brought 40 to 50 jobs to the county. Then, for an approximately 113,000-square-foot facility that had been vacant for years, I found a buyerwho invested $2.6 million and created 80 jobs. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the Economic Development office to arrange incentives to attract businesses to these properties.
In 2020, I received the Service Excellence and Rising Star Awards from Colliers | South Carolina.
In 2022, I was named a Forty under 40 in the Lowcountry honoree by SC Biz News.
Education
I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Finance. I have a broad understanding and significant experience in a wide variety of business and financial areas, such as mortgage and bond markets and business valuations. I’ve leveraged this experience to benefit my clients, particularly in providing analytical support for cash flow and financial analyses.

The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients find real estate solutions for their business operations and finding the best location for them.

I love the entrepreneurial aspect of commercial real estate as well as the meaningful relationships you can foster long-term.
Clients come to our team because of our market knowledge and specialization in industrial spaces. We think outside of the box and can offer a network to help all parties throughout a transaction. Continuous communication is key to maintaining solid relationships with clients and I always approach each project we work with energy and enthusiasm.
