Professional Summary

As a Brokerage Associate, my expertise is in representing landlords and tenants in the sale, leasing and disposition of industrial and office properties. My role is to understand your commercial real estate needs and, using my expertise in the local market conditions and trends, recommend creative solutions, whether that is effective and efficient space planning for a tenant’s new space or maximizing a property’s lease rate or sales price for ownership.

I’m fascinated with supply chain and have developed strong relationships at the SC Ports Authority and with local industry leaders. I have leveraged my knowledge of how supply chain and industry work to serve my clients. I believe in constant communication and follow-up and am committed to educating my clients to better understand the bigger picture and make smart real estate decisions that benefit you both today and down the road.

My greatest accomplishments have been transactions that benefit not only my client, but also the community. For example, while serving as the seller’s representative for Marion County Economic Development, I was tasked with seeking buyers who would bring jobs and investment to the county, not just pay the highest price. First, I assisted the County in the sale of the Mullens Building to an automotive parts supplier that brought 40 to 50 jobs to the county. Then, for an approximately 113,000-square-foot facility that had been vacant for years, I found a buyer who invested $2.6 million and created 80 jobs. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the Economic Development office to arrange incentives to attract businesses to these properties.

I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Finance. I have a broad understanding and significant experience in a wide variety of business and financial areas, such as mortgage and bond markets and business valuations. I’ve leveraged this experience to benefit my clients, particularly in providing analytical support for cash flow and financial analyses.

Memberships & Involvements

I am an active member of the Charleston, SC, community. I’m passionate about the city’s unique character and history, so I serve as a member of the Charleston Preservation Society. I’m also active in the Chamber of Commerce and the Charleston Young Professionals.
