Matthew A. Bilger has over 14 years of appraisal experience including valuation and consulting assignments such as supply and demand analysis, financial and site feasibility, and overall market examination. He regularly appraises most major asset classes including land, multi-family, office, retail, urban mixed-use, and industrial projects. Since the beginning of his career, he has developed several specialty practices. He first focused on manufactured home community (MHC) valuation. Over the past few years, Matt has turned his focus to two specialized niches: student housing/educational facilities and self storage. He is currently a member of the Colliers International Education Services Group and is also a member of the Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services Self Storage Practice Group. He has performed hundreds of appraisals in a total of 45 states.
