“Mary Winter knows Columbia and she definitely knows commercial real estate! When we spun our practice off from our previous firm, Mary Winter was there for us. She spent several meetings getting to know us, what our needs were, and then flawlessly executed, in a condensed time frame, to put us in the perfect space to launch out new company. I would highly recommend her to any professional looking for office space.”
