Marshall is a development and construction project manager representing developers, landlords and tenants. As a building industry professional with more than 20 years experience overseeing projects for $1M to $50M, his success delivering projects relies on exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Marshall's project experience spans commercial, civil, government, retail and residential markets. The range of projects managed has required him to master a variety of building systems and unique end user needs commanded by clients that extend from real estate developers to the United States Missile Defense Agency.

Memberships & Involvements
Marshall is a former Division I collegiate athlete, Ironman triathlete, and peak performance coach. He is also the author of two books, Winning the College Game, and Empower, which are both focused on youth development. He has served as a volunteer in the Big Brother / Big Sister program, and speaks to different youth groups about higher education, emotional intelligence, and how to take ownership of their lives.
