Professional Summary

I specialize in the sale of various investment property types throughout South Carolina as well as development parcels located in the Lowcountry.

Most of my clients are investors and developers many of which are institutional and high net worth individuals. My market knowledge, analytical nature, relationship network and experience in the industry are what sets me apart from other commercial real estate brokers. I pride myself on being able to present options and recommendations that suit both sides of a transaction. 

I find my job to be rewarding when a client sees the value that I delivered to a transaction, they have recognized my work as an integral component of their success, and they acknowledge that my services have exceeded their expectations. 

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I spent years as a C-suite finance executive for various industrial companies. I then moved to Naples, Florida to become the Chief Financial Officer for a family office with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with assets ranging from office parks to flex industrial to beachfront resort hotels.

I moved to Charleston in 2003; prior to joining Colliers, I was a First Vice President with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.


I spent many years investing in my professional education and commercial real estate is the first discipline that has allowed and encouraged me to apply those skills to everyday investment exercises.

My prior experience as a principal plus my financial education and credentials are rare in the real estate brokerage community. This allows me to understand clients’ motivations, concerns and requirements.

I am a member of the CCIM Institute and am active with chapter events and conferences. I have been a member of the Professional Standards Board at Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) for 15 years. I previously served as President of both the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of CTAR and the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service (CTMLS) of CTAR. 

Working in markets throughout South Carolina excites me because they all exhibit spectacular growth which continues to garner the attention of more and more investors over time.
