Mark Tekavec is currently responsible for property management, including supervision of Building Personnel, on a portfolio of Office and Warehouse Projects for Institutional and Local Investors.
Mr. Tekavec has been in the commercial Real Estate Industry for more than 20 years. He started his career as Assistant Controller for a local regional Developer, before moving to BetaWest as Manager of Asset Operations and Dispositions. Mark also held positions as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Trammel Crow Company, where he supervised 90 Employees, and Vice President / Director of Management Services at Grubb & Ellis, where he oversaw the administration and business development, as well as management operations. He is well versed in all aspects of Property Management, including lease negotiations.

Completed Independent Coursework in Investment, Exchanges, Appraisal, Property Tax, Hotel Operation and Valuation, and Human Resources. Experienced with Property Management software including MRI, CTI, AMSI, JD Edwards Timberline and Sky Line.
