- Reconfiguration and extension of a full building (135,000 SF) lease in Suburban Washington, DC
- Sale/Leaseback of $50 million downtown Washington, DC redevelopment project
- Sale of a 3.1-acre income-producing site on a major Washington, DC avenue
- Sale of a 200,000 SF downtown site for multi-family development
- Sale of 100,000 SF industrial building for mixed-use redevelopment
- Sale of a $225 million three-building office complex
