Mark has managed and curated real estate and property for over 20 years. With this experience comes the understanding from both seller and buyer viewpoints. As a real estate broker, Mark’s mission is to guide clients through the property purchasing process to understand the property as good or better than the former owners. Furthermore, his role as a commercial investor lends experience to acquisitions, sales, and financing. Mark stands ready to walk his clients through the appropriate
checklists and get them from their initial standpoint to the investment portfolio they’ve dreamed of acquiring.
Sellers and buyers are both in good hands when they work with Mark as a commercial investment broker. He leads clients through the process and gets them “through the weeds” by identifying any red flags to ascertain the outcome. As a result, clients will better understand their transaction. As a commercial broker and now a self-storage developer, Mark is always looking to work with self-storage owners and other property investors to create long term secured investments.
Developed 460 Self Storage Units in Wasatch County completed 2019.
Acquired 192 Self Storage units and syndicated partnership 2020 in Cody, WY.
Developing 600 units 2 story self storage facility at the present time.
