Professional Summary

I provide both tenant and landlord representation for clients in the sale, leasing and disposition of industrial properties across Charleston and the Lowcountry region of South Carolina. Whether I am negotiating critical terms in a lease for a tenant or consulting an owner or landlord in the sale or leasing of their space, my role is to meet my client’s real estate and financial goals, both for today and into the future.

Charleston is a small but powerful and unique market, and I pride myself in connecting people and identifying opportunities that others might miss. My goal is to maximize value for my clients, whatever you value most from your real estate, and to exceed your expectations.

Accomplishments

As a tenant representative, I am proud to have served clients as varied as WestRock, Crown Packaging, Amazon, Siemens, Landmark Construction, Port City Concrete, InGevity and RSI Logistics. In my role as a landlord representative, I have assisted in the sale, leasing and disposition of properties across the Charleston market totaling millions of square feet and valued in the millions of dollars.

Education

B.A., Communications, University of Georgia

I initially entered the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta, where I was involved in commercial property management and the development of car washes and convenience stores before moving to Charleston. I continue to pursue skills and experience that will most benefit my clients.

I am also honored to assist in developing tomorrow’s professionals as a guest lecturer at the Carter Real Estate Center at the College of Charleston.
