Mark Allen is a Senior Vice President in the Multifamily Services group for Colliers International in Dallas, Texas where he specializes in both market rate workforce and select affordable housing assets. Mark is committed to creating and preserving wealth for his clients and is a true consultant and advocate providing comprehensive services in the acquisition, reposition, and disposition of multifamily assets throughout North Texas and 1031 exchanges into alternative assets.
Mark has an established track record of successfully selling multifamily assets and is responsible for maintaining client relationships. He is an integral part of all phases of the marketing process, including the oversight of transactions. Mark and his team’s success is evidenced by his loyal, repeat client base who rely on him to help expedite their goals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mark served as Vice President at Marcus & Millichap within the National Multi-Housing Group. Since entering commercial real estate in 2010 with Sperry Van Ness, Mark has worked on acquisition and disposition of numerous retail, medical and corporate users.
As a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington, Mark earned both his MS in Real Estate and his BBA in Real Estate. Mark successfully completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Real Estate Management Program comprised of Finance, Design, and Leadership. He is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and serves on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Political Action Committee. As an experienced Certified Apartment Manager and commercial real estate asset manager, Amar has a deep understanding of improving the performance, and the marketing of multifamily properties. Amar’s strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of operations are utilized to personally direct the course of action through complex transactions. He has been working in the real estate field for 7+ years, including management, acquisitions, repositions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges. He has a keen understanding of client needs and goals and successfully translates his skillset in helping clients create & retain wealth.
Courtland Charles is an Associate with Colliers International in the Dallas-Fort Worth office. Specializing in the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of Multifamily investment properties. He provides extensive advisory services and representation to clients in the disposition, management and acquisitions of apartment related assets. He is recognized for his overall market knowledge, work ethic, tenacity, and passion for the real estate industry.
His goal is to provide optimal real estate solutions that links his clients’ real estate needs with their over all business strategies. Courtland’s understanding of real estate began from at a young age while working with his father, who was a residential real estate agent in the Dallas area. At the age of 18 he transacted his first real estate deal, which immersed him in the industry.
Madeleine Supplee joined Colliers International Dallas-Fort Worth office as an analyst on the Capital Markets Team servicing the acquisition, disposition, and financing needs of clients.
Madeleine supports the team throughout every aspect of the process including conducting research, creating offering memorandums and pitch presentations, managing contact database, and working with marketing and the team to create new materials.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mrs. Supplee worked at Creighton University where she was quickly promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions. Madeleine consistently surpassed recruiting goals and received numerous awards for her efforts. It was in this role that she developed a passion for providing exceptional customer service for her clients.
Abigail Perrini is a Financial Analyst in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Abigail works in investment brokerage with the Multifamily Services Team that consists of Mark Allen, Amar Hayer, Courtland Charles, Scott Smith, and Madeleine Aufricht.
Abigail performs financial analysis to enhance a client’s real estate strategy and forecast costs. She utilizes detailed underwriting in the valuation of properties and formation of investment strategies. She also researches and analyzes market statistics for the creation of quarterly market reports and pitch presentations and abstracts and examines lease documents for a better understanding of a client’s real estate portfolio.
