Before joining Colliers, Maria was a Marketing Consultant for Skanska, where she built strategic marketing campaigns and produced high-profile proposals to increase brand awareness and win new business. Before that, she was a Senior Client Services and Creative Manager for Savills North America Industrial Services Group (ISG). Maria was responsible for maintaining the ISG Savills brand, content, and client messaging while supporting the ISG Local and National Commercial Sales and Management teams. She started her career at CBRE as a Senior Research Analyst/Graphic Designer.

Kris has over eleven years of experience in client service and marketing in the commercial real estate industry. As the Director of Business Development and Strategic Resources for the Southeast and Mid-Central Regions, he is responsible for supporting a team of more than 100 skilled marketing and research experts across the region in 16 markets. He serves as a strategic business partner and advisor to the regional president, division leadership, managing directors, and markets.
Through his partnership with local and regional leadership teams, Kris uses creative strategies to elevate service while providing a consistent client experience and improving on our ability to mobilize our client strategy and business development opportunities.
As Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the South Florida region, Julie directly oversees all Brokerage operations and service lines in South Florida, including offices in Miami/Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. She also focuses on new business development, talent recruitment, employee retention, regional growth, and marketing.
Julie has more than 18 years of industry experience, offering in-depth knowledge of utilizing innovative sales and marketing strategies to differentiate and win business. Before joining Colliers, Julie served as Regional Sales Director for CBRE’s Midwest Division, where she filled two valuable roles: Sales Management Leader and interim Managing Director of Corporate Client Solutions. Before her work at CBRE, Julie held executive leadership roles in the financial services industry, including as Senior Vice President and Mortgage Executive at Fifth Third Bank.
As a Marketing Project Manager with over six years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, I am responsible for leading the retail marketing department for the South Florida region. I work closely with market leaders and brokers, supporting all retail marketing efforts. We work in a collaborative environment ensuring deadlines and expectations are met . I enjoy organizing and creating systems that help bring all aspects of our department together. Some of my other responsibilities include ICSC Orlando, events and retail marketing budgets.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at CREC, Florida's leading, independent, full-service commercial real estate firm. I started as the Executive Assistant to Carol Brooks & Warren Weiser and later furthered my career in marketing as the Marketing Project Manager, assisting in the oversight of all marketing efforts alongside Carol Brooks. Before joining CREC, I worked at Avison Young where I worked closely with brokers in leasing, sales and Land use.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the Fort Lauderdale office, Mathew adds depth to the corporate services platform, including video creation and social media presence. Mathew brings more than two years of experience developing engaging and innovative digital and print designs for clients in a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mathew served as Marketing Coordinator for Beauty Schools of America, where he partnered with the graphic design to team to deliver client content and supported marketing initiatives.
Mathew also served as Graphic Designer and Marketing Associate for the Law Offices of Rudolph F.X. Migliore, P.C., where his responsibilities included spearheading the design and execution of print and digital marketing packages and managing the firm's website and social media accounts.
Field experience and education in Marketing and Graphic Design with a main goal to add measurable value to organizations and business fields alike by way of critical thinking processes, creative direction, digital output techniques, and metric analytics and research that deliver clear and unique projects. Post recieving a Bacehlors in Fine Arts from the Miami International University of Art & Design work includes Lead Graphic Designer and Art Direction positions, Marketing contract and Internship(s) with Quicken Loans, Codina Partners and more recently a three year Marketing Specialist position at Fortune 500 Company "World Fuel Services Corporation".
