Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing, research and analytics platform, providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.

Senior Research Analyst
Joe is a Research Analyst within Colliers | Wisconsin’s Research and Analytics Group. In his role, Joe maintains, gathers, and analyzes information across different sets of data to help inform decisions within the company and provide both internal and client-facing research and marketing materials. Some of his specific roles include assisting in the production of quarterly reports and client presentations, as well as managing all internal databases, ensuring that the information is current and easily accessible.
Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator, Ashley performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Retail Team. Ashley participates in transaction management and facilitates successful lease and sale transactions for both clients and brokers. Ashley provides a high level of professionalism and superior client service to every assignment. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials, assists with the compilation of research materials, and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure the success of each project in which she is involved. Ashley directly interacts with Clients to ensure their needs are being met and to provide an additional layer of support to each transaction.
Ashley previously served as the Brokerage Transaction Coordinator where she facilitated successful sale and lease transactions for clients and brokers by preparing listing contracts, drafting proposals, tracking and coordinating real estate signage needs, and creating marketing and promotional materials. In this role, Ashley supported brokers from all teams and gained a vast knowledge of many different types of transactions.
As the Transaction Manager for the Office Brokerage Group, Caitlin focuses her time on marketing support including the creation and distribution of custom property marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, broker event planning, office leasing tours, landlord and tenant representation service pitches and proposals, marketing/leasing activity reports, transaction support and market research.
Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as a Client Services Coordinator and Office Support Specialist at Colliers | Wisconsin, managing all Colliers listings and supporting brokers from all teams for various projects, tracking and coordinating real estate signage, creating marketing and promotional materials and coordinating brokerage and all-company events.
Caitlin utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external individuals, all while providing seamless project continuity to ensure every client’s needs are met.
Jack joined the Colliers | Wisconsin Design & Analytics team in the spring of 2020. Initially serving as the firms Marketing Coordinator, his role shifted to Creative Specialist in the Spring of 2022. Throughout his time at Colliers, Jack has been integral in the growth of the organizations creative offerings – reinforcing the firm’s commitment to industry best marketing services. Acting as the in-house design and creative expert, Jack assists a statewide team of more than 200 real estate professionals.
While earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Jack focused on developing his design and marketing skills, with interest in utilizing his talents in the commercial real estate world. Initially working in a more general marketing role, Jack showed a solid understanding of design and possessed a willingness to learn new skills and use new technology. As his knowledge of the industry grew, his prowess as a designer and skilled creative became increasingly relevant and sought-after. At present, Jack focuses on asset specific print and digital brochures, photography and videography, large format graphics, copywriting for internal and external marketing and general companywide creative oversight. He works closely with the brokerage team, but provides additional support to the property management, architecture and design, and construction teams.
With a strong understanding of the industry, and a boundless amount of creative energy and ideas, Jack provides an invaluable set of skills to both his team and the clients he works with.
Client Services Coordinator
Allison began working with Colliers | Wisconsin in the Spring of 2020. As a Client Services Coordinator, Allison focuses exclusively on marketing initiatives for the industrial brokerage team. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure every client's needs are met.
While earning her degree from University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, Allison focused primarily on digital marketing. She used those skills in her role as a Digital Marketing specialist to help client's build their B2B e-commerce presence. Additionally, prior to her work at Colliers, Allison served as a Marketing Coordinator for two and half years. She created marketing and promotional materials for medical office buildings, sparking an initial interest in the real estate industry.
With diverse marketing experience and growing real estate expertise, she ensures the success of each project she is involved in.
Real Estate Advisor
James serves as a real estate advisor specializing in retail real estate with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. He joined Colliers | Wisconsin in 2021 as a research analyst, working with the Design and Analytics department. In his former role, James gathered, analyzed and presented data in an effort to guide effective decision making for all members of the brokerage team and their clients. This experience allowed him to gain insight and understanding of virtually every asset type, helping him build knowledge of the market through firsthand analysis and research. James delivers a superior experience for his clients with his unique understanding of the market, utilizing a robust set of skills to offer best in class service to all that he works with.
Brittany is a Marketing Assistant on Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing & Research team. In her role, Brittany provides marketing and administrative support to the Marketing, Property Management and Brokerage teams.
Prior to joining the Colliers team, Brittany served as Marketing and Membership Coordinator at NAIOP Wisconsin. While at NAIOP, Brittany built relationships with a wide array of commercial real estate professionals while hosting events in both Milwaukee and Madison areas. Her previous experience of commercial real estate and affiliations with industry professionals makes her a unique asset to the Colliers Marketing & Research team. As a member of the Colliers team, Brittany is responsible for managing and assisting with projects for corporate marketing and meeting the marketing needs of real estate advisors, managers and clients. She is responsible for both standard marketing techniques as well as creating new marketing concepts and platforms appropriate for the Property Management and Brokerage teams. Additionally, Brittany is involved with the coordination of Residential Property Campaigns, these tasks include social media, google ad words, and SEO.
