As a Process Administrator, Ashley performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Brokerage Team. Ashley participates in transaction management and facilitates successful lease and sale transactions for both clients and brokers. Ashley provides a high level of professionalism and superior client service to every assignment. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials, assists with the compilation of research materials, and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure the success of each project in which she is involved.
Ashley previously served as the Client Services Coordinator, where she facilitated successful sale and lease transactions for the organizations retail brokerage team. Ashley was responsible for preparing listing contracts, drafting proposals, tracking and coordinating real estate signage needs and creating marketing and promotional materials for a variety of properties and projects. In this role, Ashley became familiar with the operation, procedure and cadence that comes with brokerage - all experience she draws on regularly in her current role.
As the Transaction Manager for the Office Brokerage Group, Caitlin focuses her time on marketing support including the creation and distribution of custom property marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, broker event planning, office leasing tours, landlord and tenant representation service pitches and proposals, marketing/leasing activity reports, transaction support and market research.
Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as a Client Services Coordinator and Office Support Specialist at Colliers | Wisconsin, managing all Colliers listings and supporting brokers from all teams for various projects, tracking and coordinating real estate signage, creating marketing and promotional materials and coordinating brokerage and all-company events.
Caitlin utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external individuals, all while providing seamless project continuity to ensure every client’s needs are met.
Jack joined the Colliers | Wisconsin Design & Analytics team in the spring of 2020. Initially serving as the firms Marketing Coordinator, his role shifted to Creative Specialist in the Spring of 2022. Throughout his time at Colliers, Jack has been integral in the growth of the organizations creative offerings – reinforcing the firm’s commitment to industry best marketing services. Acting as the in-house design and creative expert, Jack assists a statewide team of more than 200 real estate professionals.
While earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Jack focused on developing his design and marketing skills, with interest in utilizing his talents in the commercial real estate world. Initially working in a more general marketing role, Jack showed a solid understanding of design and possessed a willingness to learn new skills and use new technology. As his knowledge of the industry grew, his prowess as a designer and skilled creative became increasingly relevant and sought-after. At present, Jack focuses on asset specific print and digital brochures, photography and videography, large format graphics, copywriting for internal and external marketing and general companywide creative oversight. He works closely with the brokerage team, but provides additional support to the property management, architecture and design, and construction teams.
With a strong understanding of the industry, and a boundless amount of creative energy and ideas, Jack provides an invaluable set of skills to both his team and the clients he works with.
Brittany is a Marketing Coordinator on Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing & Research team. In her role, Brittany provides marketing and administrative support to the Marketing, Property Management and Brokerage teams.
Prior to joining the Colliers team, Brittany served as Marketing and Membership Coordinator at NAIOP Wisconsin. While at NAIOP, Brittany built relationships with a wide array of commercial real estate professionals while hosting events in both Milwaukee and Madison areas. Her previous experience of commercial real estate and affiliations with industry professionals makes her a unique asset to the Colliers Marketing & Research team. As a member of the Colliers team, Brittany is responsible for managing and assisting with projects for corporate marketing and meeting the marketing needs of real estate advisors, managers and clients. She is responsible for both standard marketing techniques as well as creating new marketing concepts and platforms appropriate for the Property Management and Brokerage teams. Additionally, Brittany is involved with the coordination of Residential Property Campaigns, these tasks include social media, google ad words, and SEO.
Brittany utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external teams, all while providing seamless project continuity.
Zachary joined the Colliers | Wisconsin team in the spring of 2022. As a Client Services Coordinator, he performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Industrial Brokerage Team. Zachary designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure every client’s needs are met. While earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Zachary studied economics and geography, with an interest in commercial real estate. He interned and worked at Milwaukee and Madison-based real estate companies where he gained experience in commercial real estate, marketing and property management. With an ever-evolving set of skills and service offerings, Zachary ensures the success of every project that he takes part in.
Gigi Joined Colliers | Wisconsin in Spring 2022. She utilizes a mix of marketing and real estate knowledge as a Client Services Coordinator for both the retail and Madison, WI brokerage teams. She is responsible for designing and managing marketing and promotional materials, while providing brokerage support services to ensure every client’s needs are met. Gigi received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her background is in the multi-family residential industry, previously working as a leasing consultant for one Milwaukee’s largest property management companies. While working as a leasing consultant, she developed marketing, sales and customer service expertise. With her experience in real estate and distinct marketing skills, Gigi is invested in every project she is a part of and adds value to both her team and the clients she works with.
Will Braxton is a Property Manager Administrator at Colliers | Wisconsin. Will graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Commercial Real Estate & Marketing. He then started his career at Colliers as an intern in for the Real Estate Management team. As an intern, Will focused primarily on the management and operations of industrial product. His knowledge of the market has expanded beyond industrial as his portfolio size increased consisting of office, industrial and mixed-use type buildings. Will continues to focus on increasing his knowledge on the operations of all types of buildings while satisfying ownerships.
Laura Russell is a Marketing & Research Analyst within Colliers | Wisconsin’s Design and Analytics Team. Prior to joining the Colliers team, Laura served as a Research Analyst at JLL. While at JLL, Laura worked alongside brokers to develop quarterly reports and create written insights for their clients. Before that she previously employed at Mid-America Real Estate, where she worked on the Investment Sales and Tenant Rep team. Laura has experience assisting clients with site selection, creating marketing materials, and performing financial functions. While earning her degrees in Marketing and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University in 2021, Laura was an executive board member at Marquette’s Commercial Real Estate Program. As a member of the Colliers team, Laura is responsible for managing and assisting with projects for corporate marketing and research functions while meeting the marketing needs of real estate advisors, managers and clients. Laura utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external teams, all while providing quality data and client reports.
