Professional Summary
Marcus is a Property Manager with Colliers International. He currently manages approximately 550,000 square feet with a concentration in Federal Government leased office facilities. Current tenants include DHS, DOD, and contractors that support the agencies. In his time as a property manager, he has managed tenants including USACE, TSA, and Customs Border Patrol, World Bank and various contractors that work with the agencies.
His commercial management experience includes office, flex/industrial, and street level retail in the Washington DC Metro Area.
In his role as property manager, he oversees tenant improvements, conducts regular inspections of property, oversees property maintenance in all classes of property. He also suggests capital improvements to the owner that will extend the life equipment onsite and improve the structure and appeal of the building. Once approved he has overseen the completion of the capital projects. In addition to managing projects Mr. Robinson, also as a contact for owners, producing regular checkups, and reports.
