Madeleine Aufricht joined Colliers International Dallas-Fort Worth office as an analyst on the Capital Markets Team servicing the acquisition, disposition, and financing needs of clients.
Madeleine supports the team throughout every aspect of the process including conducting research, creating offering memorandums and pitch presentations, managing contact database, and working with marketing and the team to create new materials.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Aufricht worked at Creighton University where she was quickly promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions. Madeleine consistently surpassed recruiting goals and received numerous awards for her efforts. It was in this role that she developed a passion for providing exceptional customer service for her clients.

Creighton Stark

Creighton Stark is an executive vice president with the Capital Markets of North Texas. With more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Creighton specializes in investment sales and re-capitalization of office assets for institutional, private and financial organizations.
Creighton has quickly earned a reputation as a leading investment advisor, with extensive experience in almost every aspect of office capital markets. He has well-established working relationships with several major institutional clients including New York Life, Lincoln Financial Group, UBS, TriGate Capital, Granite Properties, Parmenter Real Estate and many others.
Creighton moved his practice to Colliers in 2010. Before joining Colliers, Creighton was a senior associate with the national office sales division of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where his experience included representing leading institutions in the valuation, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
In the five years prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Creighton was president of CSC Commercial Real Estate, where he offered one-stop client services including finance, lease negotiations, acquisitions and development.
Chris provides a unique and powerful perspective to the Capital Markets advisory team given his ownership perspective of investments and acquisitions of 20 plus years, by working extensively on institutional and private equity transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate market, as well other major markets such as Chicago, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, he was the Director of Acquisitions for a capital investment firm, and during his career, has acquired or overseen $2.5 Billion of nationwide investment properties. Chris has handled institutional portfolios with an estimated worth of $100 million to $500 million including all major commercial property types including office, industrial, hotel and hospitality properties and distressed debt in conjunction with principals, equity and debt capital partners.
Chris brings an institutional foundation, private equity/entrepreneurial experience, deep local market knowledge, and a true ownership perspective to clients’ acquisition, asset management and disposition investment objectives. His previous investment roles with companies include UBS, Behringer, First Industrial Realty Trust, investment startups and Joint Venture sponsors, plus their respective debt and equity partners utilized for optimal business plan execution.
As a member of the Colliers’ Capital Markets team, Mark is responsible for the underwriting of all institutional office and industrial assets within the Dallas-Fort Worth office. Utilizing Argus, his analysis is used to provide clients with an accurate valuation range upon acquisition, disposition, and throughout the course of their investment.
Mark supports the team in pitch presentations, creating offering memorandums, and conducting research used for client marketing materials. In addition, he assists the team in collecting data regarding capital markets trends and market sales comps.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mark received his MBA at SMU Cox concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. Mark was heavily involved with the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate. While at SMU, he interned at Spirit Realty Capital within the office of the CFO. During his second year, he assisted CBRE’s Director of Research in analyzing the effects of E-Commerce on retail and industrial real estate through the SMU Real Estate Practicum.
Before returning to school for his MBA, Mark worked for the Covert Auto Group where he was responsible for all marketing and business development initiatives.
Mark received a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. While studying at TCU, Mark interned as a Credit Analyst for PlainsCapital Bank.
Johanna Ramirez is a client services specialist in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. She focuses primarily in the area of Capital Markets and supports the office’s Capital Market Group.
Johanna provides high-level marketing and administrative support to her team by developing custom listing proposals and offering memorandums while also managing and tracking all property marketing activity and ensuring client’s needs and expectations are surpassed.
Johanna joined Colliers International in 2008 as part of the Capital Markets Group. The Capital Markets Group is comprised of experienced real estate professionals who specialize in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of office and industrial assets for institutional, private, and special asset clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Johanna held a similar position as a transaction coordinator in marketing and brokerage support for Sperry Van Ness. She provided a broad range of advanced administrative support that included rent and invoice processing as well as all aspects of tenant relations. Johanna began her real estate career as a contract coordinator at Keller Williams Realty in 2005.
Johanna obtained her Texas Real Estate license in 2005.
