Lynette Bartlomain is a Valuation Services Director in the Los Angeles – Orange County region for Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services. Ms. Bartlomain started her appraisal career in 2001 and has performed valuations and consulting services on a wide variety of property types.
Ms. Bartlomain was previously a principal at Landmark Research Group performing analyses specializing in real estate damage economics and property valuation, including environmental contamination, natural disasters, industrial incidents, and other detrimental conditions which impact a wide variety of property types, including land, commercial, and residential properties. She has experience in complex valuation including diminution-in-value and loss of use studies, often involving mass appraisal methodologies.
Ms. Bartlomain has performed appraisal reviews for commercial property on a nationwide platform and has performed appraisals for asset management purposes and performed various internal consultation tasks and appraisal services while employed at a financial institution.
