Professional Summary

I joined Colliers International in 2001 following a 17-year career as a business owner, property developer and property owner. I provide client-focused real estate solutions for companies ranging from small locally-owned businesses to large corporations and high net worth individuals. My strength is my depth of experience on both ends of the spectrum. I draw on my extensive business and brokerage background to solve complex client assignments and to assist clients with achieving their stated goal, be it an acquisition, a disposition or the repositioning of an asset within the market.


For 17 years, prior to joining Colliers International, I was Owner and President of Trailer Rental Corporation, an equipment sales and leasing company in Greenville, SC. I have also served as the managing principal of several commercial real estate holding companies.

I served as Treasurer on the board of Braiser Middle College Charter High School during its inaugural year of operation. I also mentored children within the South Carolina DSS system under the auspices of Fostering Great Ideas, a volunteer organization dedicated to improving outcomes for children in foster care.


I hold a Master of International Business Studies (MIBS) degree from the University of South Carolina as well an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Business from Newberry College. I acquired a background in the textile and automotive industries during my employment with Milliken & Company’s automotive division in Spartanburg, SC and Robert Bosch’s automotive headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. 

My transactional experience encompasses a broad spectrum of property types, including industrial, flex, office, retail, land and investment properties. This wide-ranging experience enables me to effectively assist clients in making knowledgeable decisions throughout the transaction process.
